My customer service experience here is a 5 star because my clerk #191765 was Phenomenal! She helped me through every step while helping me keep my granddaughters busy so I could look up the address on my phone for the return. She was very helpful and pleasant. You can tell she likes her job she was very knowledgeable and patient! I came back the next day and she remembered me and again was so helpful!!! Keep up the Outstanding customer service!!! So mad I didn’t get her name! I will next time!! Thank You For All Your Help on Both Times I came in!! You are Appreciated!!!

Customer service lets phone go to voicemail. My package was supposed to be signed for and the driver walked up to the porch (didn’t ring the doorbell or knock) and then walked away briskly. As I reviewed this on my ring camera. Now I have to wait another day for my package to be picked up even though the representative said the driver was done making deliveries at about 2pm. This is unacceptable!!!

I always have a bunch of amazon packages to return and the staff never make me feel like I'm inconveniencing them. They're all great.
