As years go by, we learn and grow from our failures and success. Harbor Freight is an Excellent example of this. No matter where you are in the country Harbor Freight has Excellent Staff and Management and I believe that is what's kept this store alive through the toughest of times and because of their Core Values displayed throughout the employees across the country, they now have become very competitive in the tool market. If something breaks or don't hold up to the customers' purchase, they do their best to not only make it right, they make changes to improve the item so it Doesn't happen again. Thank you to all Harbor Freight Tool Employees for allowing me to see what a Fantastic Business Model looks like. I don't know about any one else but for the price I can buy 5 of the same item here. If I drop a wrench in the water I don't feel bad. I have found the Bauer battery tools are good. Can get a whole set of 8 tools for a couple hundred bucks. That is one o two items from the other guys. I'm not a contractor so the 200 dollar driver I don't need. Have one that works for me for 59.

Overall...I love this store!!! In all the years I've shopped here, I've only had two legitimate issues, one at this store and the secondat a store in Texas. Unfortunately, neither were taken care of. It is what it is, I guess. I enjoy shopping here though and the people are always friendly and helpful!!

So I always thought harbor freight was pretty great myself I've never had a problem with any of their tools whatsoever and if I did they always made good on it. Although I did find out even though harbor freight has a great selection of TAPS and dies of various makers and manufacturers they do not carry helicoils or their version of it. I have found out over the years harbor freight is not carry everything that you would think so if they did their store would be way too big with way too much inventory and that's not what they're after they're mainly most tools to do most of your jobs heavy and light they also have a great assortment of motors compressors etc etc. I can tell you I'm not really that disappointed! I will still always go to harbor freight for what I need and for what I know that they carry. Thanks again harbor freight.
