Happy with the visit all were nice however there are 2 girls that need improvement the first girl cut my hair the visit prior to this she did fine with the cut but kept walking away to take care of other people I understand aknowledge customer's coming in but there were 4 other girls and they never left their station also if that wasn't frustrating enough she kept walking away to answer her watch phone at least 3 times very off-putting for your paying customer's she had to wet my hair 3 times because she was too concerned with everything going on around her.....as for last visit the girl was nice enough but really clueless seemed she was afraid she would make a mistake she would cut a small amount then ask how's that you have a girl named Whitney there who should take these girls under her wing and teach them about having confidence and customer service she always does a fast and fabulous job!! I get it they have to learn but there are notes about how to cut the customer's hair

Asked for layers and only a trim… they cut off 4 inches from the base layer, the layers are so choppy they don’t blend and there’s nothing i can do about it, tried to save some money going here but you get what you pay for.

i took my 3 year old son to get a hair cut, a lady she was tall thin with short blonde hair did AMAZING with him! she was so patient and kind and did AMAZING on his mullet!!!

Genesis is the girl who cuts my hair, and she does an amazing job. She's very talented, friendly, and she listens to what I want done with my hair. 10/10 , would recommend her.

They were quick and clean, polite; however, they do not actually do what you ask them to do. In fact I ended up with hair way waaaay shorter than requested ( asked for front longer, a little below shoulder, with back just at shoulder) both front and back are at least 1 inch, a little more, above shoulder. Specifically asked for no additional layers, did not want back volume. Butchered that, too. Asked to make sure all would fit into a pony-tail, was very clear. Barely most of it does ( I had a 6-8 inch long pony prior) now it is barely 1 inch. And now, I have these extra layers in the back including these nasty little short hairs along my back neckline that are super gross. Now I have to be disgusted until this mess grows out. I have a long neck, so looks even worse.

Courtney is absolutely amazing she has been cutting me and my son hair for over a year now and she is amazing we don't let anyone else cut our hair shes been great highly recommend Courtney

Took my grandson in for a simple haircut. Took 45 minutes. When I asked how much longer, one of the ladies shrugged and said I don't know. That would be my last visit there.

I'm pretty liberal with my hair. I just told him what kind of style I want and just let them go at it. But this time the young lady just did a terrible job on my hair when I came home. My son and I'm having to do some tighting it up. And she also said that she was gonna get her manager to look at it before i left., which led me to believe that she was. Just beginning her career, but her manager never did come over and check my hair. Which now I wish you would have so that was my experience.
