“I stay on the other side of town, but I was in the area one day so I stopped by and I had a good experience. All of the branch staff have been very approachable, polite and friendly. Than I met Leslie which is the main reason I return. She is absolutely amazing! Not only is she really sweet but she is also knowledgeable so I felt very comfortable with her right away. I was unfamiliar with a lot of the different services the bank has to offer, so anything new made me unsure. But Leslie was a good listener, she talked me through it, answered all my questions and/or concerns and gave me time to make sure I was completely confident before making any decisions which I appreciated. “We met Kiarra a few weeks ago when my wife and I came into a nearby PNC branch to add me to her accounts for access in case of an emergency. Kiarra was the most kind, polite, and professional banker we have ever worked with, and I do not say that lightly. Serving us was a little more than a complex handful. Painting the visual, in Kiarra's office, was my wife, myself, our 7-month-old baby in her carrier, and my service dog, so needless to say there was a LOT going on. She was attentive to everything and an absolute pleasure to talk with, making the experience so much more than a bank transaction. What could have been a quick and easy transaction with her subject matter expertise, lasted quite a bit longer (by choice), and this was due to Kiarra's professionalism and top-notch level of customer service. We quickly got to know each other and became friends sharing some of our life experiences with each other. Anytime I need to do PNC banking in the Noth Ridgeville Ohio area, there is not a doubt in my mind that I want to know that Kiarra is taking care of my banking, and my family would recommend her to anyone. “I went to open a savings & checking account. My husband & I had the pleasure of meeting with Brandon Conti, who made the process a comfortable & easy one. He explained everything throughly & answered whatever questions we had. Wonderful customer service ?? This bank as a whole: I've NEVER had ATM or drive thru/night deposit issues, the bank gets busy from time to time (as all places do), thats an uncontrollable variant. Life is random.
