Went today 1/14/24 and lost $3.00 in the 1st wash on the west side. You couldn't tell the handle and hose were broken without lifting it. I love this wash. So convenient and usually all the washes are working.

After being charged $10 I put the card in the box located by the change machine saying I was over charged not knowing that it was only an initial charge and would only be charged for the time I used. A few days later I received a nice letter with a refund of the couple dollars I was actually charged. Withexplanation
