“I stay on the other side of town, but I was in the area one day so I stopped by and I had a good experience. All of the branch staff have been very approachable, polite and friendly. Than I met Leslie which is the main reason I return. She is absolutely amazing! Not only is she really sweet but she is also knowledgeable so I felt very comfortable with her right away. I was unfamiliar with a lot of the different services the bank has to offer, so anything new made me unsure. But Leslie was a good listener, she talked me through it, answered all my questions and/or concerns and gave me time to make sure I was completely confident before making any decisions which I appreciated. This branch is lucky to have such a great staff and I am so thankful to have met Leslie ? I will definitely be returning for any of my banking needs. Thanks”
“This bank is exceptional. The service is great and since it is a smaller branch the wait times are usually shorter. If you bank with US Bank, I recommend this brach.The only downside to this bank is that they charge for all savings and checking accounts, unless you have direct deposit or a line of credit with them. However, that is just a corporate policy and nothing against this branch in particular.This branch also has a drive through ATM.”

“We met Kiarra a few weeks ago when my wife and I came into a nearby PNC branch to add me to her accounts for access in case of an emergency. Kiarra was the most kind, polite, and professional banker we have ever worked with, and I do not say that lightly. Serving us was a little more than a complex handful. Painting the visual, in Kiarra's office, was my wife, myself, our 7-month-old baby in her carrier, and my service dog, so needless to say there was a LOT going on. She was attentive to everything and an absolute pleasure to talk with, making the experience so much more than a bank transaction. What could have been a quick and easy transaction with her subject matter expertise, lasted quite a bit longer (by choice), and this was due to Kiarra's professionalism and top-notch level of customer service. We quickly got to know each other and became friends sharing some of our life experiences with each other. Anytime I need to do PNC banking in the Noth Ridgeville Ohio area, there is not a doubt in my mind that I want to know that Kiarra is taking care of my banking, and my family would recommend her to anyone. “The lady who waited on us was very patient. My Mom is 85 and hard of hearing. The lady talked loud enough for Mom to hear her and she also repeated things for her. When it was time to count out money for Mom the lady counted the money slowly which made it much easier for us to follow. One improvement the lady could have made was to smile.”

“Everyone at this branch is always so helpful and friendly. I've been banking with them for over 30 years now. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else even though they are 17 miles from my home!!! Its easy to do remote banking or I just call, and they help me over the phone. Great staff!!!”
