On Thursday March 21st, 2024... I went to customer service to purchase a pack of Winston cigarettes; with a "manufacturer's mobile coupon" that was showing Apple's accepted them... $2.00 off 1 pack; and only get 5 mins to use it once you hit redeem... I've used these in this store numerous times with no issues... To my surprise, I've never this CS lady before, I've been going there for 17 years now and she said she's never seen me despite her claiming she worked there for 4 years... This 70 year "Boomer" had no clue how to scan it and when I asked her to call someone else to help me, she wouldn't do it until the 5th time I asked... I think a manager came; never seen before either... He couldn't redeem my coupon either... I was shocked when he told me to call Winston and get the coupon back... It doesn't work that way slick!!! I suggest that they get trained from workers that know how; instead of being ignorant in 2024 how the process works... The 70 year old was also rude and the manager could care less to figure out resolution to their ignorance to a simple process... This store shows it accepts them; when you log into Winston's web site... Cigarette mobile coupons have been around for at least 4 years now... TRAINING NEEDED; since I didn't even get an apology... To top it off; the half/half I bought curdled and took it back to the same 70 year old lady that I delt with earlier... Terrible CS and she needs training on her attitude and job duties...

Horribly high prices, smelly outdated dirty store. Dollar general down the street is cleaner and cheaper. Had high hopes for this little grocery store.

Love coming here. When we had our apartment over here, this was a great location to shop. Now we stop by when I come out to visit my grandparents or when I go shopping for them. Staff is friendly and kind. Their bakery and deli is absolutely amazing.

Apple's market has great weekly specials! This particular Apple's is clean and well organized, employees are always welcoming and helpful! Apple's has a nice hot foods section, nice bakery and great selection of deli inventory. #SatisfiedCustomer

Stay away from here. The manager smokes behind the building by the grease storage tank. Fire hazard. Bugs are always in the donut case. I witnessed meat manager walk out of public restroom with meat overcoat on. Health code violations all over this place. Prices are higher than all other grocery stores.

Went to get some crunchy taco shells and they were all cracked. An 18 shells count and we were able to salvage 8 of them and couldn’t fill them properly

I love having a grocery store near by where I live. Nice location. Great staff. Well organized and reasonable prices. Yes I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone

The building is old, but has been maintained and cleaned pretty well. I often go there when I have a plan to make some special meal, because I can normally find what I need to make it work. I've not had any quality issues with my purchases.... I've had to substitute an ingredient sometimes. It's the closest market to my home, and the staff has always been able to tell me where to find the items that couldn't locate. The bakery items I've brought home have been well received, and the meats I've purchased have been satisfactory. Although it's a smaller market, I think they do a pretty respectable job with it. For being in the blue collar part of town, there's actually some nice craft beers to pick from also. It's a perfectly find place to get your foods.
