I went in with my family to get our flu shots on Saturday, October 7th, at 1:00 o'clock. the time frames online showed appointments every 30 minutes, so I booked a 1 pm. and a 2:30 pm. appointment. Upon arrival, we asked if we could do both of ours together like we have done in the past since it only takes a few minutes per person. The pharmacist rudely said no to the request and that they had to come back in an hour and a half at 2:30 because they had bookings every 10 minutes, which clearly was a lie, because after waiting 15 minutes with no one else waiting to get their shots. We asked how much longer, and she rudely again acted like we were an inconvenience and said "I'm processing them now, I can stop if you want me to." One postive, she did process both of us together but was definitely not happy about it. The lady who gave us the shots came out in a huff, barely said 2 words, and felt like she took her frustration with us when she gave us the shots. Overall, it was just a bad customer service experience.

Pharmacy causes anxiety every month when I have to call to have an electronic script filled. Blame the patient because the provider made an error on quantity. I don't see the script. Pharmacy should follow through calling the provider..or call me (the patient) so I have an opportunity to correct the issue. Instead they do neither and I find out there is a problem when I am out of medication . That was this month Next month will be another anxiety ridden adventure.

Have had photos printed off and on the last year or so and the quality is consistently terrible. This time I ordered birthday invitations and there were streaks across each one, and I was given the wrong sized envelopes.

This Walgreens. Three trips here, three problems. Done with them.Strike 1: They charged me $90 for my prescription because according to them I had two active insurance plans. The one they insisted was primary I hadn’t had in over a month. This is mostly a Cigna problem, not Walgreens. But then I asked about using GoodRx instead and the lady flatly responded that I could “if you can find one.” Great. I found one showing it would be $35. She scans it, and it’s still coming up $90. This was a medication that I was completely out of and didn’t want to be dizzy and nauseous the next day, so I just paid it. She was entirely unhelpful for the whole thing and acted like I was bothering her.Strike 2: Went to get a drive thru Covid test. Waited a half hour in the drive thru line only to be told to pull up and someone would come help me. So I pulled up past the window, parked, and waited another 15 minutes not knowing what else to do, thinking they’d come to my window or something. I finally drove back around and asked what I’m supposed to be doing and she had no idea why the other guy told me that and gave me the swab right there at the window. The second lady was fine, I get the feeling the first guy either didn’t know what he was doing or just didn’t want to deal with it.Strike 3: Today my doctors office sent in a prescription for Tamiflu. My 2 yr old and I see the same doctor and she tested positive for flu. I’m having symptoms and am pregnant so she sent it for me too. I was already done dealing with this location at this point, but unfortunately I hadn’t changed it to Kroger pharmacy for primary care, only OBGYN, so it went here. I know it went here, because I can see in MyChart that it was sent this afternoon. When I called to see if it’s ready (I’ve also never received a text or phone call when things are ready at this location despite asking to be), she lied and told me they never got it. I told her I can see where it was sent. “Well we’re out of stock anyway.” Thanks for nothing. I called my doctor’s after hours line to see if it could be sent to Kroger instead and they lied to the nurse too, who also told them the exact time it was sent to them today. Luckily the doctor on call got it sent to Kroger. All this to say: don’t waste your time here. Worst case they’re liars, best case they have horrible customer service.

Walgreens is a household name, so I don't think I have to explain the premise here: pharmacy, casual shopping, photo printing, etc.As of 11/9/2022, this particular location has no self service check out. The newer staff have been good additions, very friendly people.

I went to the Tri-Health clinic in this location for a problem with my ears. Alexa was the Nurse Practitioner I saw and she was absolutely amazing at her job. She was fast but didn't rush. She heard all my concerns and identified my problem (outer ear infection) and prescribed me the eardrops I needed to fix it. All in all I couldn't say a bad thing even if I tried.

I swear I try my best to keep giving this location a chance with my photo orders bc I have a business on the next block. Everytime I submit my order it's never ready when it says it is and it's never complete. Quite a few times the worker didn't know what to do and sometimes there are disfunction with the printer. All the other locations are consistent. This one never is.

Pharmacy randomly closes and sometimes for multiple days in a row. All unannounced. Posted pharmacy hours are meaningless. Unless you want the excitement of not knowing when pharmacy will be open, save yourself the headache. Our family will no longer use this pharmacy.

Went to get a vaccine replacement card, Jeffrey was the pharmacist, probably the rudest pharmacist I’ve interacted with. He started by saying “what’s up” when I walked up to the counter then just looked at me and rolled his eyes when I told him what I needed. then ended up passing it along to another lady who was friendly and got my replacement card. Would avoid this location if possible.

I am giving a shout out to Molly and Kaitlyn for helping me to find some pill pouches, which we really needed back at our hotel. Both of these fine employees were very courteous, friendly, and polite and they were very determined to make sure that I could find the items that I was looking for. In fact, when I would ask them where a certain item was, they would go over and beyond and would actually escort me to the location of what I was looking for. Great location, good employees! Thanks Molly and Kaitlyn!

This outlet cares more for their convivence than your health or care. They have on 3 occasions short filled my prescriptions in order to "line up" my prescriptions so they all come due at the same time. Every time I have been asked if I wanted this have told them no but they try to automatically do it anyway. Walgreens does not fill prescriptions as the quantity ordered by my doctor and without my consent or consultation with my doctor. If my companies insurance plan did not require Walgreens I would never go here. If you have prescriptions with refills check before you leave or you may be caught with one of their "short fill's" and have to return quickly. Just this week they short filled a prescription of 90 pills with 15 pills and called the prescription complete and left me with no more refills. All in order to line up all my prescriptions to come due on the same date.

I took a prescription in for a blood pressure cup. The pharmacy didn't even look at the prescription. Nor did they inquire about my insurance. They told me I would have to pay full price. I will be changing to cvs. This makes me extremely aggervated. I wont be back!!!!!!!!!

Too many offerings to specialize.... this is highest rating for store which can only offer generic Branding, versus Trendy/Spot Opportunity, customized/focused High VARs.
