I worked in this company for 3 months, the idea I came to is that this company, by its standards and system, belongs to a third world country, there is racism where the managers give Nepalese extra hours to work, I am fed up with them, in addition to this my supervisor, without mentioning his name, who works in the first shift in production, is weak in character, where the team leader controls him, who does his job, and shouts at the employees as if we are in a nursery! She is the one who decides to give extra hours, I was going to file a complaint with the manager about this matter, but the worst thing is that they are all the same, I advise everyone who wants to work not to apply to this company, they give you 15 dollars and enslave you, I am now working in a respectable company where they give me 19.5 dollars per hour, even the workers I work with and the managers give you appreciation! I wasted 3 months of my life in this miserable company! You do not even deserve one star
