Two Men and a Truck completed my local move for me. I hired them for packing services before the move and hired them for the move itself. A friend told me to use them for my move after having a great experience when they did his local move. I am grateful for the referral because the guys from Two Men and a Truck were flexible and easy to work with. I added more items to my move several days before it happened. Ashley was wonderful at adapting my move list to ammy changing needs regarding items to be moved. On the day of packing, and the day of moving, Logan stood out for his leadership of the crew and his speed and accuracy. I would recommend Two Me and a Truck to anyone, especially for last minute moves like mine!

We’ve always had a good experience. Today these guys were running behind. Still showed up late on a Saturday to get the job done right. Thank you more than you can imagine to these guys

I used two men in a truck to move from one apartment to the next and they were amazing! Casey on the phone was pleasant and helpful from day one! She explained any questions and reassured me! Jordan and Jermaine were timely, professional, and moved all my items with care! I’ll definitely recommend and use them in the future. Thank you all!

I have used this company 4-5 times in the last 10 years. Great until last weekend. Be careful who shows up to do your moving. 0 floor/wall protection on the inside of a completely remodeled home. Movers were careless as you will see in the pictures. Manager came out and said how bad everything looked and said all items will be replaced bc they were purchased within the last year. Insurance guy calls this morning and wants to send someone out to smear paint on everything including a brand new washing machine. Spend your money somewhere else. I’m sure they told me what I wanted to hear so I would pay my 1700 moving bill.

Awesome experience with these guys in Sharonville. They accommodated last minute request to get my stuff out, and the manager (I think) there helped load a golf cart and other guys helped lift heavy stuff. Every time more guys came by they offered to help. Superb customer experience

Beware! They dented and banged up my walls and trim like it was a demolition site! I had to call them several times before they scheduled someone to fix the damage. The damaged areas will never look new again, even after they were fixed. They also stopped for a long coffee break and charged me more than their estimate. It was a nightmare from start to finish!

Will C. and Wayne N. came today for junk removal. They were friendly and efficient! We have always used two men and a truck for all of our moving needs and can’t recommend them enough! We will be using this company again in a few weeks for our move!

I’d like to start off by saying that the movers were incredibly kind, but the company behind them majorly sucks. I checked boxes saying I needed the company to provide a mattress cover and TV box. Neither were provided, even though they had previously assured me that movers would not move the items without them. They proceeded to SHATTER my 60” tv and give me only $30 in return. The movers seemed confused how an unfastened, uncovered TV set loosely in a half-empty van would shatter. Seems pretty simple to me. I am absolutely flabbergasted by their lack of care, and I would urge everyone to stay far, far away if you want your items to arrive safely. I’m now out a TV and at least $500 away from being able to afford one. Their damage insurance was poorly explained to me and is worded in a way that insinuates you are entitled to much more compensation than you actually are. Honestly, I feel I was swindled into signing that agreement. If their insurance contract wasn’t shady as hell, I believe they would give you the contract in the pre-move paperwork so you could actually read it, ensure they put the TV in a box as stated, and explain it fully as you sign. But they don’t do any of those things. What the guy said at my house and what I was told when talking to the claims employee painted two very different pictures of two very different contracts. It’s nothing more than a scheme to keep you from fair damage compensation. Possibly because they know their employees, though kind, don’t really have any business working as professional movers without overhead supervision onsite, and will break items. Shame on this “business.” Do better.

Our movers Ethan and Ishmael were incredible. There was some miscommunication with the front office so the move was bigger than they expected but they tackled it like true professionals. They worked from dawn until dusk and got the job done. I would highly recommend using these guys to move!

We used this company a couple of years ago to move our large pieces furniture from our house to a storage unit 10 minutes away. We bought the extra insurance. They sent three guys who were respectful and polite but had no business being professional movers. They were so slow it took them literally all day to move only a few large pieces of furniture in one truck into one storage unit. They Ran at least 4-5 hours over the estimated time which really put us in a tough position because we were closing on the house the next day and we had other things we needed to take care of. Also, despite being told the furniture will be in storage long-term, they didn’t wrap it or stack it properly. They threw unwrapped cushions randomly on top of things in the storage unit. They put upholstered furniture on its side or back straight on the dirty concrete floor. They scratched the hardwood floor bad moving a dresser. They ripped a very expensive couch moving it into the storage unit (which was infuriating as we specifically told them to be careful with that couch in particular). The couch was unwrapped. They were amateurs. I get that you might have new guys on the job but at least have one experienced mover to guide or teach them how to safely and properly move and store furniture without damaging it or damaging the property. They took picture of the ripped couch and a we filed a claim. A manager came by later on to take a look but he “couldn’t assess the damage” because it was in storage. He said to call him when we move out knowing that we were storing the furniture long term. I wasn’t going to use them ever again and after two years in storage nobody would claim responsibly for the damage and we ate to cost of repair. So much for the “extra” insurance.
