“I was very impressed! I called prior for pricing on a used tire and was happy with the price for install. When I arrived I was helped by the manager (I believe that's what his position is or could be owner) who remembered the call and the tire number. I felt a little up-sale while the tire was being installed but at the same time I'm sure my other tire needed replaced and I needed alignment and brakes soon as well. I feel they are very honest! I ended up getting two used front tires with EXCELLENT tread & for an awesome price compared to other competitors nearby! My car rides so much better! They were friendly and quick. I will definitely return!”
“Sinan did a great job. The repair turn around was also very quick. My car was ready to pick up the same day.
Edit: after consulting with friends, I was made aware that I was over charged for parts. I was charged $300 for replacing 1 ignition coil. I found that a 4 pack online was $82. He did not replace all 4. I just want anyone to be aware that if you are not very car savy, they might take advantage of your lack of knowledge.”

It felt like they went the extra mile attempting to locate the sound, and also doing a very thorough inspection/suggestions for repairs that our car needed.

“Moe and his staff is great I bought a car from Drivetime that had issues within the first 2 weeks. Moe made me feel relaxed and insured me that the would get me together. He actually listen to my problems and took action to check those problems right away. I have been to a lot of car shops in my lifetime and Auto Arena is actually the best one I’ve been to. The customer service is fantastic. The interaction with the customers that are coming in and out is phenomenal. Watching how Moe interact with the people who’s coming in and out it’s very pleasurable. Auto Arena is great!”

“On our way from Georgia to Ohio to visit family, a heat shield came loose underneath the car. Jim's was able to fit us in and take care of the repair on the same day (which was great because we were only spending a couple days in the area).
Jim's is my wife's parents usual place to get car repairs done, and if I was local this would be my place too! Can't recommend them enough. Hopefully we don't have car trouble on the next trip, but if we do I know exactly where I am taking it.”
“Great place to take my car for repairs or scheduled service. Recently had an oil change and car checked according to the code that came up on my dash. Also had tires rotated and brake fluid flushed and replaced. Joe is always honest and does a fantastic job servicing my car. Highly recommend.”

Not only was the original repair reasonably priced but I had to bring it back in 2 times through no fault of theirs. Each time there was never any hint of frustration or payment, Mike was committed to standing by his repair. I would not hesitate to bring my Honda back.”

“I’ve only had GREAT encounters at this Goodyear location. During my last visit, I had a tire replaced for free (because I bought the tire protection). Long story short, I told them that the screw was in the wrong tire?? The store manager, Michael, got me in the next day and replaced the tire (again, for free) HIMSELF. Came into the store afterwards, dirty hands and all, in about 20 minutes. He epitomizes amazing customer service and deserves a raise!!”
“When we had a noise problem of muffler part, we visited here. Even though the season was very busy, their mechanics quickly figured out what the problem is. The owner explained us very kindly and honestly the solution with his sketch that describe the exact problem part. The office staff was also very kind. “Kevin at Muennich’s is a straight shooter and very honest. We had an emergency situation where a flashing check engine light with a Hyundai Santa Fe sport. Not knowing why it was flashing, Kevin quickly accommodated us on short notice and let us know ow that the car needed to be seen by the dealership due to a critical code. He gave us a lot of advice and is extremely knowledgeable about cars. Highly recommend him and his team!!!!!”
“I went in to get a used tire so I wouldn't have to keep driving on a donut. Very friendly and professional staff. They had my wheel ready in less than 10 minutes and only for $45. I declined to have them swap over the wheel due to my bad experiences with shops snapping off studs and completely overtorquing the lug nuts. Without getting defensive, the owner understood and reassured me that they take the extra steps to avoid that from happening. They even offered to put my wheel in my trunk. Very friendly staff.”
