I had an unpleasant experience with a lady in the office who was very rude and unprofessional. I checked the reviews and found that I was not the only one who had to endure such behavior. She rolled her eyes when I greeted her, which made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. It's unfortunate that some people can be so unpleasant to interact with, both in appearance and attitude.

The other reviews are right on. I got Ms. Personality and she tried hard to be civilized to me and as she managed to sort of pull it off. I loaded in building 104 which is easy in and out. Door 35. The main building is a truck driver rodeo. Have fun.

the mademoiselle in the office who checks in is very strange, treats people with disdain. I think the management should think about her dismissal, how much she breaks the mood of people, she is so rude. The person should be isolated from society and put on forced treatment. For which reason she hate peoples

This is the worst company I've ever been in! the woman from the office is the most unpleasant person I have ever seen, she is rude, shouts at drivers, ignores her, she needs to act in horror movies, you will understand me when you see her. I will not go here again. At first, they called the number of one door, and half an hour later, for an unknown reason, they changed it to another, and we had to park again. i got here at 10:30 am and at 4:30 pm i'm still empty. This company needs to do better recruiting.

Office experience was amazing . Just have you CDL handy be on time and all is well . Just remember everyone has issues they are going through . Respect each other and be kind . Appointment time 7 am backed in and got out 8:30 . 5 out of 5 places to deliver !

The lady in the shipping and receiving office needs to be reprimanded , suspended, and/or made to retire. Nobody needs to be treated like this. I am a human being. She doesn't like her job she needs to move on. I DON'T Think I will do business with this company again. There's so many bad reviews on this lady. I don't understand why management hasn't done something about it. Maybe it's the whole company.

Slow loading here don't get in a hurry to go any where came Saturday I got here at 700 app was for 800 got in door and it 11pm eastern still here not fully loaded only one person loading and unloading... Did not see mean lady everybody talks about must've been her night off or something guess I was just lucky
