“BEWARE DO NOT TRUST THE STAR RATING OF OTHER STORAGE PLACES.I’ve rented from another storage place and the whole experience was awful, further they took my phone to “confirm the number with something” and they actually rated themselves 5 stars! This completely rubbed me the wrong way and I wish I had trusted my gut because it was an overall terrible experience. However I can safely say this place is the exact opposite, especially thanks to the awesome work from Brad! And after finishing and securing the unit he didn’t ask to rate five stars or take my phone, rather just asked me to honestly fill out the text survey they’d send in the coming days. Such an honest and hard working guy I can’t praise him enough for his outstanding work!!If you’re looking for a storage locker this is the place. Brad is a godsend and superstar. 9/10 recommend this place and it’s an easy 11/10 recommendation if Brad is there!!!!Brad was extremely polite, concise, and easy to work with. He outlined the process and fees clearly and made the whole process super easy. In addition the facility was well maintained and clean.Also, we incorrectly locked our unit, we essentially closed the door but didn’t push the latch all the way before we locked it so the unit was locked open. Brad called us the next morning to let us know the unit wasn’t locked. I was extremely impressed because our unit was on the 3rd floor and very out of the way so his attention to detail is outstanding!!I’ve rented a storage locker from another company a few years ago and it was a complete [redacted] show If you know what I mean. This place couldn’t be any more different in a good way. Part of the reason I made this review so in-depth is because Brad made this whole process super easy whereas my last storage locker was like pulling teeth.Overall would recommend go store it 9/10, and if you’re renting from this factory and Brad’s the manager easily 11/10 recommend!!!!”

I live in Georgia however I never have to worry about the safety of my belongings and with me being so far away Brandy does not hesitate to send a text or place a phone call. “The 3 guys that came to set up my furniture were timely and polite. When coming into the house they promptly took off their shoes before going upstairs. They quickly brought my items in and put together my furniture. They made sure to take any trash with them as they left. I was highly satisfied with the service that I received. “There are a lot of things that are important when in need of a storage unit. This is my first time ever needing one so I did some shopping around. The first location that I went to was on CinDay Rd in Liberty Township. I went in to ask all my questions in person.Lindsey was at the front desk and her energy was welcoming. She had a genuine smile on her face and did not mind answering all of my questions. She was not annoyed and she didn’t rush me. She gave excellent customer service and gave me her business card incase I had more questions in the future. So over the next month I shopped around via phone to other storage places in Monroe, Fairfield Township and Liberty Township area and I did not have such a pleasant experience. One lady at a storage place answered the phone by saying HELLO. Not the name of the storage place or nothing. I had to ask her was I calling the right business and she said yeah. She had a nasty attitude and didn’t really want to answer my questions, as if I was bothering her. But more like she did not want a new customer. Another place had outrageous deposit fees, $200 to be exact, which is refundable after move out. Not including the one time fees and lock fees and monthly rental. So after shopping around for a month, I decided to take my belongings and business to the Cin Day Public Storage in Liberty Township. I will say their prices had a lot to do with it but more so Lindsey’s excellent customer service. She made me feel that the was the best place to leave my belongings. Just a good feeling to have during a stressful moment. She even called me the day after I moved my things in just to check and make sure I liked the space and that I was getting moved in okay. Who takes their time to do that? This was a long review but I wanted to give my honest review of my feelings. Five star review. The unit was clean. And even though it is a further drive then the other places I called, I’d rather take the drive for good prices and to have my things with someone who isn’t bothered by doing their job. Thank you Lindsey for a good first time storage renting experience!”

“Alecia was wonderful. I missed my reservation appointment a few times but she was nothing but pleasant about it and still got things taken care of. Very friendly!! The property looks amazing that’s why I chose to rent here. Very clean and two loading bays! I’m leaving my current storage company for this facility because it’s upkept way better and climate control here actually is a normal temperature. My current company public self storage has their climate control set to 45 degrees which makes it miserable to unload and do business inside but CubeSmart isn’t that way at all it’s a very normal temperature. Plus they have indoor 10x30 units which is so rare to see! Thank you!!”

“I was looking for a storage unit closer to my house and noticed this new facility from I-75 so I thought I would check the facility out. I was very impressed. I’ve been renting from Cincinnati Mini-Storage for about 3 years now (rented during pandemic) and by far this is the best storage unit I have ever used. Staff and ownership does a thorough walk through which seems to be every hour if not more. The facility is very clean and management is very responsive if you need anything. Melissa is great to work with. Highly suggest this facility for your storage needs.”

I'm 64 years old and I had a difficult time carrying each item from the outside, to my unit, inside. Down a hallway, through a door, then about 25 feet more to the unit. The manager Virginia, was informative and easy to talk to.”

We treated them pizza, cold cut sandwiches, and beverages, and they were extremely grateful. Everything was wrapped and padded very well, they protected the floors and stairs. The video walkthrough of the home was easy, and the communication from Frieda at the base office was regular and appreciated.”

“Ferguson Moving relocated my father yesterday and did a fantastic job. Steve, Brendan, Mark, and Rodney all were courteous, professional, and efficient. I understand they have been doing this for several years and their experience showed. They were on time, they listened to our concerns about the antiques not being the easiest to move, and then they went to work. They had the challenge of unloading the truck with impending storms, but finished just in time. All of the castors were place back on the antiques, and all beds were quickly rebuild. Nothing was damaged or marred in any way. I was impressed with how clean the truck was - even saw Steve spraying down the trailer where dirt had gotten in. I liked that the owner, Wayne Carlton came to the house to see exactly what we had to move. Definately call them if you care about the furniture you are moving.”
