PNC is a good bank but I don’t like that they called me today “just to check in and thank me for being a customer” it is stressful to receive unnecessary calls from your bank.

Have been a PNC customer for decades. I called this morning to request a Public Notary witness my signature. Sean indicated that because the document involved a Trust, and was not created by a PNC attorney, they could not help me. Very disappointed.

I honestly had a delightful visit. I came in because a few problems came up with my account, and everyone was really helpful with getting them sorted out. I didn't have to wait in line, and I was in-and-out in half an hour. Thanks!

Worst customer service I have ever had at any bank. My husband and I went inside to settle an issue with our business account and we were welcomed with unprofessionalism and nonchalant behavior by their banker Mr. Anthony Williams. First comment that came out of his mouth was referring to what we were wearing. What does that have to do with our account? He even asked me if I was really the height that was on my id. He told us he was in the military, again irrelevant to why we were there. Long story short he was not able to help us. He told us to come back the following day to speak with another banker and that we would be given a call that morning to confirm. We never received a call. I even called the bank myself to make contact a lady answered the phone. She sounded like she didn't want to be there and told me they would call me back. We still received no phone call, so we went to another location and they helped us no problem. I would avoid this location at all cost. I'm currently in contact with the regional manager concerning the service they're providing.

DOWNTOWN SHARONVILLE PNC BANK- Originally, I submitted required paperwork to be verified. Done- Years later, the VERIFIED PAPERWORK disappears from their records. Hmmm?- Now, they require that I resubmit the same paperwork, have it verified once again, but the caveat— now they REQUIRE I set up an additional CHECKING ACCOUNT (with associated fees) TO ACCOMPLISH THE SAME THING I ACCOMPLISHED MANY YEARS AGO with only the verified paperwork.EXPLANATION: “We’re just protecting ourselves.”Seems more like a bait-and-switch to force establishing an additional checking account. LOOK CORPORATE - WE’RE GROWING. Right‼️And they wonder why the Route 42 branch, and more recently, the Reed Hartman branch had to close‼️They’re running customers off. ?

I had a stockholding account that was transferred from my dad to me when he moved into an assisted living facility. Byron Vainrib was the account manager. For about 6 months, we didn't get any statements. When we called and asked, he said everything was online. My dad is 81 years old, and there's no way he managed his accounts online. This was something that Byron decided unilaterally to do when the transfer occurred. When we asked how to access the online account, Byron told us to call for a password. We called three times to request a password, but one was never sent to us. We had to physically go into the branch office, sit down with Byron, and inform him that we wanted paper copies. He reluctantly agreed. The account has been under my name for 3 years now. Never have I been told that there was an annual management fee, nor has an invoice ever been sent to me. Imagine my surprise, then, when I received a letter in the mail informing me that one of my stocks had been sold to pay the annual fee. When I wrote to Byron about it, he told me that it had been sold without my knowledge or consent to pay the annual fee. I told him that I wanted an invoice sent me from now on, but never received a response back. When I called today to speak to Byron's supervisor, the twit that answered the phone transferred me to Byron even though I was very clear in explaining the situation, and explicitly told her I wanted to speak to his supervisor. Byron was disrespectful and dismissive, and told me that he would not accommodate my request to have an invoice sent, and would continue to sell my stocks without my consent. Avoid this place at all costs. They are unethical, and do not abide by SEC rules and regulations.

Very fine staff. They know what they are doing & are always very helpful. Best of all they get to know the clientele & and remember their names. When my credit card info was breached, I called the branch and they saw to it that a new credit card was issued & sent overnight, had the new card by 10:00 AM Above & beyond the call of duty.

This branch of pnc is increasingly helpful and kind. It's a great change of pace feeling welcome! They are also very veteran friendly!!
