I worked with Zoe Grigsby on my claim for a broken windshield - and this was not a straight forward get the window replaced and your done deal. The first place to which I took my car did not perform the job correctly, and State Farm stood behind me. And when I really wanted to take it to the Nissan dealership to get the camera on the windshield taken care of properly, again, they were in agreement, and made the process for me as simple as possible. Personally, I have good luck with State Farm for years, and Zoe is just another example of an exemplary employee.
