“Wow! This is by far my best experience in a hotel. Huge clean rooms, free breakfast, dinner, drinks, and popcorn. There's also a hot tub and a pool. Well done!Edit: after the night, I can also say this is one of the loudest hotels I've ever stayed in. The freeway is right outside and car, truck, and motorcycle noise is constant. The furnace in the room kicks on every hour or so and sounds like a rainstorm. Lastly, the plumbing sounds....ohy. I could hear the pipes every time someone else used their bathroom. I suggest either the Drury Inn place fans or white noise makers in the rooms or you bring your own. It's loud.”

“This hotel is our secret hideaway! Every room is unique and laid out differently. There is a fireplace in every room. We have stayed here many, many times and it is always excellent. It is clean and unbelievably quiet. We love eating in the restaurant downstairs (The National Exemplar) and relaxing in the bar (Sotheby's). There are several other restaurants in walking distance, as well as a movie theater. It is also near Oakley which has many more restaurants, shops, and entertainment. It's a great place to spend a quiet weekend.”

“Location is extremely convenient. Close to restaurants and shopping. Hotel is clean, updated, and even has a lounge with snacks for Marriott members in the evening. Hot breakfast with a great selection. I visit often and am always happy with this hotel.”

“So I am finally getting to write my review for this wonderful hotel. Truly, the gentleman at the front desk could not have been any more kind and pleasant. His smile was welcoming, and even when we left, he helped us get our stuff in our vehicle in the pouring rain. I only wish I’d asked his name. We stayed in a King Suite wherein there are actually 2 separate rooms along with a small kitchenette. I love having the 2 separate paces so I don’t wake my boys when I wake up early. The shower got hot fast and had perfect pressure. While certainly not the newest hotel on the block, it was very clean, very well-kept, and a hotel I’d be glad to stay at anytime. In fact, I’m likely to stop there again on my way home! The location is great and plenty close to any type of business someone could need. I personally would recommend this place without hesitation.”

“Great family hotel. We stayed there for a one night family getaway. The pool and spa area was very nice. One of the best I've seen for a Residence Inn. Room was nicer than most I've seen, but could use a thorough cleaning - it was clean enough, but showed lots of signs of use. Don't let that deter you though. Staff was friendly and professional. We would certainly come back. Thank you!”

“This hotel is in a very nice area with lots of shopping and restaurants close by, rooms and hotel was exceptionally clean, and staff was very helpful in quickly getting another room, after we found there was an issue with the tv. A+, only criticism would be that the pool water was cloudy, other than that 5 ”

“This hotel was a great stay. There are alot of resturant options close to the hotel, with activities to do as well. Also the hotel staff was wonderful. Brian @ the front desk went out of his way multiple times to make us feel welcomed. Conference room for our meeting was awesome, food made for us daily for lunch by Paul was great! “I am too late to post this review but its never too late for the excellent comments. we were around 70 people were here in this hotel in September 2023 and CIERRA BICKEL and her staff made our stay as good as possible. It was my son's wedding and we were coming out of town and was too scared how things will workout there. But because of CIERRA BICKEL it was as smooth as it can be . Every time i called her and explain her my concern she always said don't worry i am here and i will take care of everything and she did it. Not to mention she was 8 months pregnant. all our guests loved her and her staff. I have so much to say all good things about them. I felt it home there. i would love to stay there with an blink of my eye. All in all we all were 200% satisfied with their services and hospitality.”

“We arrived at 6:00 PM in heavy traffic and rain and it was dark. They did not have a lit sign that was working, it was difficult to know which one was the Hampton Inn without our GPS. Other than that and a scarce breakfast menu, it was a wonderful stay.”

“Wow, we came as a family to celebrate a birthday with the cooking class and dinner. We had an amazing evening of cooking, dancing, and eating. The staff was delightful and the location for cooking and dining was top notch. Highly recommend!”

“The room had a comfortable feel, maintaining cleanliness despite not being the most updated. While the breakfast was satisfactory, a wider variety of choices would have been appreciated. The inconvenience of having the washer and dryer only on the second floor, coupled with the absence of an elevator, was a minor drawback. On a positive note, every check-in person was pleasant and provided helpful information. Housekeeping promptly attended to requests, ensuring an overall enjoyable stay.”

“I was placed next to a loud couple bumping the wall and talking loudly by my door. I complained to the front desk and they kindly changed my room. I got the chance to see 2 rooms during my stay. The rooms were clean for the most part. No roaches, no bed bugs or any bugs for that matter. A few burn holes in the bed topper and average furniture. Bed was comfy. Staff was friendly. Coffee served all day and night. Only bad thing is the road noise from the highway and no microwave or fridge. I would stay again but it won't be my first choice.”

“We booked this Courtyard for our Wedding Hotel Block. Valerie and team were a pleasure to work with over the months. The staff made it a great weekend for us and our guests! I was able to request a specific room/direction (south facing) for the bridal suite. The hotel is new and has an updated lobby. The outdoor lounge area was great for a few first look photos. The flowers are well kept. There was a conference room we were able to use for the bridal party to get ready in. We also used this conference room for our low-key brunch the next day. The staff seemed excited to be hosting a wedding block and it made the weekend that much more special for us. Valerie was easy to work with and communicate with. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel for your wedding block.Rooms: Clean and standard style expected of Courtyard by MarriottWalkability: There is a sidewalk, and you can easily get to Walgreens, UDF, and a Mexican restaurant. Most people will likely drive though. There is a fairly busy intersection that i wold not want to cross”

“First experience at Blu. It's a Choice hotel brand, so get your points as a privilege member. Overall, good experience. Super fast check-in, which is one thing I prioritize. Great location with plenty of shopping, eating, and experiences. My king room was probably considered a suite and was huge. Nice mini fridge, microwave, bar area. Bed was comfy, but the 4 pillows were miniature sized. It seems to be an older building with lots of fresh paint and the decor, in my opinion, is outdated. All said, I would stay y here again but would look at my other options also.For those who care, outdoor pool only, no spa.Nearby activities: Close to dining, shopping, and entertainment.”

“Everything was just great!There was a mixup with the travel agency and the hotel staff was super-nice and accomodating to help us get it straightened out. they had to call the manager/supervisor who was off-site who was also super-nice. They put us in a room even before the details were settled but they helped us calmly get everything straightened out and really went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. Aside from that the room was as expected and we used the breakfast provided which was really nice. There were no suprises... everything was just really nice and the staff was super! We were very happy.”

“You cannot get into this building unless you are accompanied by someone with a Childrens Badge and employees are quite firm on this rule to the point of sometimea seeming distrustful. Once inside however, people are friendly enough and there is a small cafeteria where you can get a quick bite to eat or coffee, drinks, etc.”

“My rental car was one of multiple cars broken into back in April. I emailed the GM and the only response was "you park at your own risk" with absolutely no offer to remedy anything. I was not looking for them to cover the cost, but some sort of gesture would have been nice considering the GM admitted there was a gap in security surveillance in the parking lot where the incident occurred.”

“I stayed here for 2 nights and was impressed by the friendly and professional conduct of the owner and staff members. Despite a remodel project underway, Everything was functional. I’d come back again and recommend it to my friends associates. They even provided me with transportation from the truck repair facility I called from !”

“This place got new managers awhile back and they have been doing a wonderful job. Remodeled the rooms got a great housekeeper and maintenance man and the new manager has cleared out all the trashy people so now it is "Family friendly" . The new manager has made this a nicer and safer place to stay. So, anyone who says it isn't nice or family friendly has not been here since the new managers took over. Please rent here again and see what a huge differences the new manager has made. I would not stay at any other place because the manager is nice and very good at his job and the folks in the rooms next to me are nice and friendly. The reputation of this place was really negative, but since the new manager took over/ and "cleaned up the TRASH" there's hardly any trouble around the motel any more. So, YAY to the manager for turning this place around and YAY to him for hiring a great maintenance man and helps with security and YAY for him hiring a wonderful housekeeper who does a great job on the rooms and also how she helps the renters. This manager, maintenance man and housekeeper all have very tough jobs-but luckily they do their jobs really well. I liked staying there and was treated with respect, kindness and got a nice clean room. I'm thankful to the Cove motel and it's staff. It was so different than the last time I stayed there. Flat screen TV's on the wall, hardwood floors, and when I had a problem with the light, it was fixed within ten minutes or so when I told the manager. What more can a person expect from an independently owned motel with very reasonable rates compared to the franchised motels around here. I gave it five stars today/but I probably would of given it less stars the last time I stayed there. So remarkable how it has changed due to a new manager and his staff. “I felt like everything here was slightly above average for my normal hotel experience. The pillows were better than average, and the breakfast had fresh scrambled eggs and sausage and waffles. The pool was in service although we didn't swim this time. We did hear a couple trains. Our room was clean. We enjoyed our stay!”

“The room we stayed in had a strong musty odor. Our fault for not asking for a different room but checking was extremely busy.Breakfast was fantastic. Had a hot meat and eggs every morning and had a pancake maker.Wifi worked great but did make you sign in every time you were out. Auto login did not seem to work.Indoor pool was clean and well maintained.”

“Bed literally sinks in the middle and the mattress has bumps in it. Extremely uncomfortable. I can hear everything from the unit above me. The end of hallway doors slam shut every time some opens them. The shower was either extremely hot or extremely cold, no in between. “Breakfast” was just some old looking Jimmy Dean sandwiches. I don’t eat eggs so I had to get food elsewhere before work. Price point was great but I guess you get what you pay for. Do your research before hand!”

“When you normally stay at a budget hotel you have to know it's not gonna be perfect. This place takes what they have to work with. It's clean. No bugs. No roaches. Bed is comfortable. Shower is hot. And the people here are super nice. Sure. Are there things that need fixed appearance wise.....yes but its not a brand new hotel. I will definitely stay here again.”
