“So first off the customer service is excellent Daniel is outstanding. I received a PC and had some troubles with SSD and Daniel was more than happy to send me a brand new one with a return label so I didn’t have to pay to send the old one back. Since I’m new to PC I had a problem with getting the new SSD set up and Daniel was very patient and understanding and guided me on how to fix the issue. Now it’s running better than ever and huge thank you to Daniel for all of that without him. I would be still trying to figure out how to do it from square one. Amazing service amazing company 100/10 would recommend.”

Fredy did my trade in, and even though I entered one of my devices incorrectly online and there were some technical issues with the register he was so patient and helpful and apologetic about how long it was taking, even though it wasn't his fault. Keith checked me out and he was just as friendly and cheerful. I interacted with a couple other employees and all of them were so happy to help me and so friendly. I've been here a couple times and the employees have always been this way.
Other than the technical issues and my mistake, trading in my devices was really easy and painless. It was also easy to find what I wanted to buy and everything was very clearly labeled, plus there's enough employees around that it's always easy to find someone to help. I really like that they don't understaff like a lot of other stores do! It means a lot to me as a customer that employees are treated well.”
