Great place to get tires but do not let them do any welding on your trailer. They don't know how.

Just let me save you the trouble of dealing with this company. I originally came here June 3rd for BASIC maintenance on my 2014 Chevy sonic. It was time for an oil change, coolant flush, new brakes, rotors, tires and a sensor under the hood. I paid a little more than $1400 because I also decided it was time to get AAA and added a three year tire alignment plan. Everyone was so helpful in the beginning I couldn’t imagine this day would be the start of a long horrendous and traumatizing experience. June 20th I was driving home on I-75 at the speed limit of 65MPH when a loud noise started coming from the Engine. I instantly start looking to make my way from the middle lane to the emergency lane. I felt a j*** come from the front of my car. My tire had rolled off and was bouncing through traffic like a bounce ball. If my dad didn’t take the time to teach me how to stay focused and in control of a car during an emergency I wouldn’t have been able to make it safely into the emergency lane. By the grace of god my tire didn’t hit another car although it rolled through the fast lane on my side of the highway, a grassy Median and all three lanes on the other side of I-75. So I had it towed back to them obviously because their negligent and irresponsible work is the cause of my wreck. They admitted that they are responsible for the damage to my car and sent me to their travelers insurance channels. They quoted a repair plan that wasn’t safe. It wasn’t until JULY 28th 2020 that I was informed the damages were too severe to repair and I would only be given the market value of the car. Today is August 4th and I no longer have a rental car, I still don’t have the money for the market value of my car. Now I’m being told by Bob Sumerel their poor insurance company has nothing to do with them and even though my car is totaled they have no obligation to pay back the money on the labor and parts that WRECKED MY CAR. So stay as far away as you possibly can from this place. Because now I have to figure out how I’m going to find a safe car equal to my car's pre-loss condition (the lovely blue sonic I JUST paid off in December) while being out of work due to Covid. I wouldn’t ever wish this experience on my worst enemy. I’ve never seen a company have such a blatant disregard for their clients safety and care. I have paid for four tires with 24 months/24,000 miles AAA club alliance car care warranty, I’ll never be able to use. Brake pads AAA’s normal repair warranty? HA no! What about the 90day-3yr alignment warrant from the $149.99 I spent on a premium alignment plan, nope. The only reason you should step foot in this shop is if you wanna spend a thousand bucks to have your vehicles totaled and be treated awfully when you're upset and rightfully ask for your money back because of a botched job on basic car maintenance.
