We had a persistent leak in our building in Blue Ash that couldn't seem to be fixed. It was determined that our roof wasn't sealed properly and our gutters were out of date, too small for our roof. I worked with Jim Owens who was very professional and communicative throughout the process. They were able to complete the job in less than a week and at this point, that leak has yet to return! We were definitely due for an upgrade to our roof and Ameridian provided an environmentally sound and structurally sound solution. When the time comes that the remainder of our roof needs to be replaced, we'll be sure to give Ameridian a call!

Ameridian was the provider of a new roof on the condo I am renting. The roof is still under warranty and the roof is leaking. Ameridian was out and used caulk and nails to repair it. The roof has continued to leak and my my garage is full of mold. The City of Cincinnati has been out and written orders to have it repaired, but Ameridian makes excuses and has avoided the situation. I had another roofer come out and was informed that the flashing hadn't been replaced and there is area that totally lack flashing. I am not the only unit to have problems as others have experienced the same problems. RUN DON"T WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

My new roof leaked with the first rainfall after it was installed. According to their technician, this was due to an improperly nailed valley. My bedroom ceiling was damaged and Ameridian did not repair it

I had roof damage from rain and wind. They were there the day they promised and the crew stayed on it until completed. I did not experience any further issues. I had an excellent experience

ALERT-Had a meeting at my house set for 3:00p with Ameridian. I arrived at 2:50p and waited for them until 3:30p and they were a no show. I left. I went to my office and called to speak to Franchesca, seemingly a nice lady, who tells me the workers said they were there at 2:30 and were still there at 3:30. Missing an appointment is bad...not admitting it is termination worthy. I shared with Franchesca. Tomorrow I get to do it again...I will report...by the way, they had my phone number...wonder why they didn't call that??
