“Have been doing my postal transactions with the Bath, Ohio Post Office for 8 years and have receive excellent, professional, friendly service with each visit. I can understand customer frustration with the hours, but this is a smaller office with smaller staff, and this is something to expect. All you need to do is go to the larger offices and deal with the staff there in order to fully appreciate the Bath office.”

“What do you want? It’s a post office. They aren’t going to kiss your bootie or anything so quit expecting that. They’re perfectly nice people and they do their jobs. Treat people with common respect and you just might get the same back. They deal with tons of people every day so chill out. I just read some reviews on here and it’s like people are expecting some sort of unrealistic service. It’s not Starbucks where they are literally paid to pretend to like you.. it’s a post office. —Said with Love.”

Absolutely awful woman working Monday evening! Less than 1 star should be an option. I'd rather drive out of my way than have to interact with her again.”
“Staff members seem to enjoy their work and will open additional windows if busy. I’m typically greeted with a smile and asked if there is anything else they could do for me. It’s a post office, and the employees shouldn’t be held responsible for a poorly designed facility and parking lot.”
“Efficient and kind employees. I send Depop packages and have never had any issue. It's too bad that those outdated one and two star reviews from 4 years ago are affecting their rating.”
“Was not told package delivery would require a signature, however when I went to the post office at the end of the day after scheduling a customer pickup for the following day, the manager was nothing but kind when trying to find my package even though I wasn't supposed to be picking it up until the next day, and they were able to get it to me before they closed. Only negatives are the aforementioned lack of communication and having only one person staffing the front counter at one of the busiest times of the day.”
“Called me when my live animal order was ready for pickup 1/2 times. I had tracking the first time so it didn't matter so much although every time would be better. Staff interacted with was courteous and helpful:)”

“This branch deserves 5 stars because the employees are well informed, professional and helpful. It is an old building located right on the roundabout in Sharon Twp, Medina county. It can be a little hard to access because the driveway is narrow and the parking lot is small. It was busy at 11:30am on a Monday.”
