Chagrin Walgreens Cashier Carlos and no badge wearing, unidentifiable Manager Mimi should be re-trained in customer service, store policy and tact. If a customer is clearly not aware of policy, be professional and explain the store policy not allow a customer to wait in line, THEN announce the policy in front of other customers to try to embarrass. Most infuriating, Cashier Carlos knew I did not understand policy but stood like a deer in headlights in the situation. Mimi the unidentifiable manager was standing there when I spoke on the issue and didn’t say anything until customers have gathered and checked out and THEN say no we can’t do that. When I asked Cashier Carlos what the manager name was, he couldn’t tell me because he couldn’t pronounce it? If zero stars was an option I would have chosen that.

This store is the closest to my house so I usually try and just opt out to go here just for convenience. Well, it turns out nothing is ever convenient about this store. It’s very slow pace the workers CLEARLY don’t want to be there. No greetings ever, you can never find anyone working on the floor or even at the registers. I don’t think they are unstaffed they just simply do not care. I always see people on the floor with Walgreens shirts on trying to look like they are as busy as possible restocking to the point where they will ignore you. Very laughable. Don’t get me started on the pharmacy. People who don’t have much experience shouldn’t be by themselves working in the pharmacy or any pharmacy for that matter. It’s too lax as far as management and it shows! Unfortunately, I’m going to be a returning customer as I said it’s very close to me. So I hope something changes soon !

The Best Customer Service! I was just shopping at this this store. I can't get over how friendly and helpful the staff was. The ladies there are outstanding. Corporate has a gem in the ladies who work there, from the pharmacy to the checkout employees.

The pharmacist who gives the vaccine injections is very polite and informative. The last time I went, I had made an appointment for a covid booster but they had run out of the vaccine. I was a little angry about this, not knowing they had twice tried to call me that morning to tell me not to come. It was my fault I didn't get the message. They tried to get me an appointment at another Walgreen's branch and were patient with me, especially the manager Memi.

This Walgreens is absolutely filthy. Ran in to use the bathroom. Small amount of toilet paper. And every toilet was nasty, with blood or poop on them. The trash was completely full and the floor looked as if had not been scrubbed this year. Yet they have the nerve to lock this bathroom.

Great staff courteous and very helpful I was reading some of these reviews some people should take it in consideration since the pandemic people has grown to be real lazy at least these young people who probably never really had training are trying so stop writing reviews and fill out a application

So on one of my last visits before this one, I was asked to place my bookbag by the cash register. I shouldn’t have to be asked that when it is 2023 and how security cameras and surveillance gadgets exist. Fast forward to today on this visit, I left my bookbag by the cash register before being asked, and the clerk said “You aren’t supposed to leave it there. Leave it behind the register or on top.” I thought that was petty and unnecessary. Placing the bookbag by the cash register should’ve been more than enough. Will not come again anytime soon ?.
