This is the seemingly most incompetent pharmacy I ever had the displeasure of using. Prescriptions are never on time! Prepare for the "we're sort staffed" excuse constantly. I finally changed pharmacies once they charged me for a prescription without insurance (my employer recently had changed providers). I've since had erroneous refill request which I never requested. Thankfully my doctor was attentive enough to call me to confirm.

I experienced a super rude pharmacist it was a woman. I called about my prescription, I had ZERO follow up it was filled. She informed they sent it back and I explained to her I called several times I wasn’t told it was ready every time I called it was an issue. She instantly had an attitude because my prescription had to be re-ordered. I after I receive this prescription I’m switching pharmacies

For the second time this year, I have had a pharmacy staff worker hang up on me. This last time, it was while asking for assistance for transfer of a prescription for a medication they no longer carried. I urge everyone to not use this pharmacy, despite there being one pharmacist there who seems to be good.

The Walgreens pharmacy staff at the van aken Shaker heights location is always so friendly and helpful and it's become my only pharmacy location that I now use. It's a good positive vibe with them always even when it's busy or short staffed.

Next to impossible to talk to someone. Continually hang up on you. And if you do get a live person, they are always terribly rude.

This may be the 5th review I’ve ever left online…it’s not generally my thing. Prescription called in on the morning of 10/27. Called them on Friday 10/28 to check on the status since my app stated that it was cancelled…the very rude person answering the phone stated that it’s not cancelled, the app is broken and they are out of stock. When I ask when it may be back in stock her tone got even worse saying she doesn’t know (even my wife overheard her tone and sighed). I waited the weekend and tried calling the store on Monday because the app now doesn’t show canceled but “action needed” and to call the store. I tried calling, no answer. I drove there to talk to the staff…it’s closed at 4 pm without explanation. I called back on Tuesday 11/1 (6th day since being called in)…same rude person answered the phone with an extreme I’m bothering her tone tells me it’s out of stock. When I ask when it might be in…she sighs loudly and put me on hold without warning. a pharmacist picks up. He states the same thing and tells me to call other pharmacies to see if they have it. Needless to say, 6 days in and no prescription that I’m out of and it’s my problem to solve. The staff may be overworked but it’s zero excuse to treat customers with that tone. My wife and I both will be changing from Walgreens to another brand because of this locations staff and tone. It’s sad.

The is the worst., yes even worse than CVS. Close whenever they feel like it. Staff is very rude and arrogant. Will not go back.

This pharmacy is terrible, shuts down all the time during normal working hours. You cannot rely on this place! I finally had to move my prescriptions to Xpress script. Try anywhere else!

If I could give a negative star I would. The pharmacy customer service is the worst. When picking up my prescription I gave them my new insurance card and they said it wasn't valid. I paid full price for my script and had my insurance company call to sort out. Still wait I g got reimbursement. Next time I visited to pick up script through drive thru waited 30 minutes before anyone would come to the window with 6 cars behind me. Going to switch to Rite Aid!

How do you randomly close? How can I pick up my prescription that was sent to this location? Totally uncool when you are visiting family from out if state and come down with a sinus infection.

Wow. Best experience I have had a pharmacy. The knowledge and convenience were much appreciated. It was so fast they told me an hour and it was a lot shorter time. Very happy.
