OMG. so I just get a text 30 minutes before by appointment that she has to cancel cause she got covid. so you couldn't call the night before when I'm already outside the shop for my appointment very unprofessional. you just ain't up and get covid 30 minutes before ur client will never go here again. also having to book a month ahead off time with a deposit
