If you have the good fortune to get your dog into Process Canine( I know they did have a wait list) thank your lucky stars this is the best dog “ hotel “(kennel) in the city. The people that work there are terrific and Amanda, the owner is fantastic! Unless I am actually taking my dog there, I can’t even say Process Canine because he races to the door and starts jumping around!!

Amanda and her whole team are truly the best. My dog Loki sometimes has a hard time getting used to new people, but honestly seems to trust everyone at process. He’s been going to daycare about once a week for five years and also has the occasional boarding. I wouldn’t feel safe taking him anywhere else for boarding and love that someone is at the facility 24/7. So thankful to have them on the east side!

PC is the only place around Cleveland (and beyond) that I recommend when people are looking for daycare and boarding services for their dog! This facility is trainer run which makes such a critical difference with appropriate and healthy management of dog behavior and social interactions. Amanda is a WIZARD when it comes to social dog behavior, play and facilitating perfectly matched play pairs and groups. She narrates and reads dog behavior in a funny, but accurate way that makes sense to anybody. She is honest about the experience of dogs at Process and has no problem letting owners know when their dog isn’t a fan of the environment or dismissing dogs who are not safe to have there. She takes better care of her staff than herself- and it shows! Her staff retention rate is outstanding, with her 2 original employees still on staff from Process’s opening date in 2017. This is a great option for busy pet owners who need another occasional energy outlet for their dogs or for dogs who don’t have much access to other dogs, but need to learn appropriate social skills. Process advocates for dogs of all personalities and preferences and can foster better social skills and experiences than most owners can navigate on their own at dog play dates or dog parks. This business was grown out of Amanda’s own home with years of hard work and client dedication. Amanda and her staff are true dog lovers and have mastered the art of dog daycare and boarding!

Run by PROFESSIONALS who LOVE dogs. There is a long waitlist but once you're in you're in. Easy online scheduling/cancellations/payment. From what I can tell they have at least one outdoor yard and several indoor rooms. The employees are super friendly and seem to love their jobs. I highly recommend Process Canine. The only suggestion is I really wish they had web cams in place.

Not the best service for me or my dogs. I ended up finding a dog day care that I enjoy more, so things worked out in the end.

I put my dog on the “6 month” wait list for doggy day care in April 2021! I’ve reached out several times asking for an update, their responses are curt and unfriendly; as if it’s my fault and I’m annoying them. They have not offered any other program options and refuse to tell me what number she is on the waitlist. Meanwhile I see them post new dogs and happy one year birthday for many dogs on social media. They say this is due to dog sibling priority; a lot of pet owners with multiples now I suppose. I have no doubt the place is wonderful & enriching for dogs but the customer service for potential new clients is terrible but I suppose they don’t care much about that since they have a wait list that never seems to move.

If there is less than one star I would have chose it. I’m scared to use my name otherwise Amanda will through the leash in my face and call me names and “kick” my dog out. She didn’t hesitate to do that to one of her customers even we were there watching and listening. Making me question what do they do to our beloved pets when we are not around??? Im looking for other daycare for her.

Amanda, the owner, screams at clients any time she has a bad day and will use curse words. I understand she may have a stressful day, but that's not okay to verbally abuse clients and cuss us out every time she gets angry. She has a reputation for abusing clients. I was warned not to go here, and I should have listened. If she treats clients this badly, imagine what she does to the dogs when we leave. I get the vibe she abuses animals since she has no idea how to be nice to humans. Do not go here.

my dog returned back injured from this facility. when i asked why my dog was injured, i was kicked out. I don't know what they did to my dog, but i'm worried for his health and safety. I cannot warn against this place enough.

Very professional and loving doggy boarding. Being away from your pet is very hard but they put you at ease, letting you know your pet will cared for as if it was their own pet. They go over and beyond to care for your animal with love and caring experience and a touch of spoiling. So if you need a pet boarding, this is a business you should definitely look into and/or visit for consideration on caring for you pet family member.
