I would advise against using this bank. I had a negative experience when attempting to withdraw $1000 that I had just deposited. The banker became agitated and questioned whether I had recently opened the account. Despite my explanation and request to speak with the branch manager, I was denied service and unable to withdraw my funds. To add to my frustration, I was told by a representative over the phone that I could obtain a debit card in-branch, only to be informed upon arrival that it could only be mailed to me. I strongly recommend avoiding this bank and branch altogether.The level of professionalism is completely absent .

Long line since it was Friday. I felt my identification request at THIS branch was overboard and somewhat prolific. There's a respectable NICE way to identify me without requesting 3 ID's and my SSN for my account number. This was not a huge transaction. I go monthly and have been to other branches. I was treated a nicer AFTER my account balances appeared......

STAY AWAY from PNC bank! It cannot be trusted. I have scheduled a check to a private party. Then I tried to cancel but couldn't since it was pending. PNC bank however allows changes to the pending transactions but don't bet on it. When I made a change to said check and checked the box "apply to pending transactions", PNC ignored it, and the check went to the wrong party as a result. All my attempts to discuss this situation with PNC fell on deaf ears as well. Now I know that I cannot trust PNC. Am going to move my funds elsewhere and don't recommend this bank to anyone.

Chase is the best!!!! He helped us out in a situation when most people would not.Thank you chase you deserve a promotion!I have been a costumer with PNC for many many years and this is the reason why. They really helped me last minute.The PNC is located in a good location andIs very spacious. Nice location to visit if you need anything.

STAY AWAY from PNC bank and their website. This morning I was unable to login to my checking account. Calling customer service was of no help, they blamed my phone and my internet browser, and to seek help from the family members which is none of their business. Then how come that I can login to another bank with no problem whatsoever?Finally was able to login from both Chrome and Firefox, which I shouldn't be able to do according to the PNC customer service. This is how much they know. And my phone still works.

Calling customer service was of no help, they blamed my phone and my internet browser, and to seek help from the family members which is none of their business. Then how come that I can login to another bank with no problem whatsoever? Finally was able to login from both Chrome and Firefox, which I shouldn't be able to according to the PNC customer service. This is how much they know. And my phone still works. Apparently PNC website had a glitch which of course they won't admit. It's always customer's fault. Such a frustrating experience.

A convenient location, however often inconvenient service. Despite numerous signs stating you can receive banking information/advice without an appointment as long as you sign up to enter a virtual waiting room, I've been advised on two occasions here this isn't the case and you must have an appointment. Today, after being told that and leaving the premises, I received a call that they were ready for me to enter for my "appointment". On numerous occasions, I've been instructed to call customer service instead of speaking to a live banker at the branch site. I understand everyone is busy (myself included), however I value a face-to-face interaction, particularly when I'm attempting to resolve an issue with my account, something that always seems like an inconvenience to this branch. I am overall usually pleased with PNC bank, however less so with recent interactions at this branch.

It's in a convenient location near other banks that I do business with. The wait at the ATM was minimal.
