My boy Gunner is a little shy at first and needs some warming up to, but the second I met Deja, I knew he wasn’t going to have a problem. They took care of my pup so well and I can not wait to book my next appointment with them! I can tell why this place has all 5 star reviews because the calmness and the love they have for these dogs shows with every ounce!

We’ve been bringing our dog there for almost a year now and every experience Ive had with them thus far has been fantastic. They are so attentive, caring, knowledgeable, genuine, and friendly! Knowing we have Dr. Welsh (and Dr. Firestone), along with the rest of the staff gives us peace of mind - knowing we are always in such good hands. Thank you SHAH!

3441 Tuttle Rd, Shaker HeightsFirst time visiting this hidden gem. Normally, I'd just drive past it not knowing what it was. A friend invited me to get some ice-cream at Mitchell's Ice Cream. To my surprise, it was the Van Aken District. Btw, loved the Strawberry malt, definitely worth the trip. There's a free parking garage, area we'll kept. Environment-friendly and we felt safe and enjoyed a beautiful evening sitting outdoors. Definitely recommend.
