“I love Sutton Hardware. I discovered them when I moved to Cleveland in 2014 and every interaction I have had here has been great. Today, I dropped off two storm windows for repair with Bob. He stated that their turnaround time would be about 5 days (drop off Thursday morning, ready Monday or Tuesday), which is faster than most other local hardware stores. I agreed and asked that if one of them could be done sooner, it would be helpful as it was the only window at the house. Long story short, they were ready by close of business today at 5pm.Side note, at least one other local hardware store wanted to charge an extra $40 to expedite my windows, with no guarantee when they'd be done.The folks at Sutton continue to earn my business, even though they are not the closest hardware store to me. I can't recommend them highly enough.”

“Great customer service. Quality paint with options to choose endless colors and paint types. The store is well organized and clean. I can't remember his name but next time I visit, I will edit my review. I went and was 2-3 minutes after closing. I read the sign outside the door and realized I was too late. The front store lights were out. I actually felt defeated as I wanted to get started on my project since I just started my staycation.As I started to walk back to my car, the clerk seen me from the back of the store and ran to the front of the store, opened the door and asked if I new what I wanted. I did. I already had visited the previous day and had picked out my colors. He turned on the lights and helped me. I want to say it took about 10 minutes for him to do my 4 cans of paint and he help carry the paint to my car.I haven't had that type of customer service in YEARS!! I will be returning and I will recommend this store if anyone asks about my home, paint or painting supplies.”

“Just moved to the area and ran into some problems while moving in. Didn't want to drive all the way to the big depot store, so I stopped here. Glad I did.Staff was super helpful and they had all the parts I needed to fix my dryer issues.It was easy to get in and out of and not super busy.Will return again when in need.”
“Now, you could buy that watered down paint from that national home improvement store. Especially, if you like painting 3 coats of paint. Or, you could buy Sherwin Williams paint & make the job much less labor intensive. While SW paint is more expensive it's more cost effective due to its superior coverage. Add in the excellent professional advice at Sherwin Williams stores and using SW paints and stains is a great value.”

“Excellent customer service both over the phone and in store. Was missing parts for my ergo chair and the nice gentleman on the phone helped me out with seeing if they had the parts in stock (they did) and came on down and the wonderfully nice lady helped me out with the parts and doubled check to make sure it was the correct pieces. Struck a nice conversation as she seemed very knowledgeable and passionate about her job. I got my parts and was out in a jiffy. 10/10 I will be returning for more hardware needs.”

“My husband and I have been customers for years. when needed they always have been helpful and we love their match color service.The only thing I would suggest the company is to sell sample sizes, trying new colors and having to pay for a quart can be very expensive.”
