The pandemic is over. That's the idiocy this branch is now using to avoid renewing CDs by phone. They are public health officials in their own minds. Very irresponsible. Move to DeSantis' Florida to tell that lie.I was required to present myself in person last November to be verified. They wanted to know my favorite ice cream flavor. Now it's an electronic from that needs to be completed in person. The manager carded me in November and asked many foolish questionsThere is a phone number on my account that is not mine. I must give that other person's number each time. The manager failed to remove that number.Time to make this essentially interest free loan to another institution. Most have some sense. Not this plaace.

After banking here for 20 years I finally left for Chase. This branch has rude tellers, non-existent notary services, TELLER MACHINES FREQUENTLY BROKEN, their website sends me erroneous bill info, and they can't do a foreign bank transfer. The worst bank I have had in 50 years of banking.
