Terrible.. First got there of course the so called stylist still had another client and I had to wait the way this woman’s hair looked she was better off cutting it herself with a butter knife, long story short was the worst sew in I have ever had done, when I got home I saw nothing but tracks I couldn’t tell how bad it actually was at the shop till I got home, I sat face turned from the mirror by the time I got done 5hrs later just for a sew in with leave out that she purposely didn’t leave enough hair out to cover the tracks period, by the time I got home it took me over 2 hrs to fix that style to the point I could wear it for work. I also had to wear a hat to the grocery store. I thought about refunding my money but I figured every shop in shaker I have had the same experience, bad attitude owners and stylist that don’t style.. my suggestion is watch a you tube video and do it yourself save 200 worth of disappointment

I've been to this location before- I got my hair so-called (done) The stylist at the time didnt know how to do my texture of hair, she lied and put perm in it so that was it on the hair side?? Ive had my nails done here before and loved them- so i just get my nails & feet done there & thats when im in the area...I walked in about a week ago before 12pm to see if they had any walk ins available...I wasnt even greeted- I spoke politely and asked if they were taking any walk ins? It was 3 nail techs there an none even looked my way...I got a rude "Nooo we aint taking walk ins" ...ooookay! What about tomorrow? We aint doing walk ins tomorrow!You catch more flies with honey

This place has a friendly environment. Although, a comment was made that made me feel a little uneasy. I received the dip powder nails. It barely looks like my nails were done. My nails were not filed, buffered or anything just dipped. A couple of my nails are half painted with the gel overlay and today I have a nail already chipping. Keep in mind I just went to this nail salon on Saturday and spent $54. I feel like the tech was rushing on my nails due to an engagement she had to attend. Neither here nor there as a first time client I wasn't that pleased with my nails at all. Now if you want some comic relief, this is your place to be. Needless to say I won't be returning. Oh and I called no one answered and couldn't leave a voicemail message!!!

Tonya is hands down the best stylist. After flying in from Texas, my locs needed a retwist. Tonya washed, steam treated, and retwisted my hair with organic honey. That was a first for me. And I absolutely love how it turned out and how my hair is holding. Will definitely return when I visit again.

I was turned away bc none of the 3 ladies wanted to do my nails- I’ve never been there. Then one asked to see my nails(I went for a color change) and informed me that it would take too much off of my nails to do them- I have regular polish and want to switch to gel… smh. It’s ALWAYS our own people.
