“Nice store……however today the short man that handles money orders, check cashing etc had a VERY NASTY disposition for no reason. I called to verify if they cashed checks. He said yes, so I went to the store. I gave him my signed check and ID. He gave me my check back and I asked why. He pointed to a sign stating check had to be signed in front of him?!?!?! OK, at 45 years old and have always signed back of checks since I was 18 (as we’re all taught) so I’m confused. I explained I wasn’t aware since this was my first time in the store. I asked him to look at my drivers license and the signature and he can see they match. He stepped back, sat down on his stool and nastily said he will not help me. I expressed that he was treating me like a criminal. He just gave me a dirty look. I walked off and he said “have a nice day”. At this point I was so insulted and mad I yelled “f— you” and left.I don’t care how good I’ve been told the food is I will NEVER set foot in that store again.”
“The BEST Asian, Indian and Mexican frozen entrees, and they don't gouge you on price. While Amy's makes a nice Palak paneer with rice and beans, TJ's is all spinach and cheese - perfect for this carbo-phobe.”

“The fruit is always fresh. The manager was very attentive as soon as I walked in the door, she went and got my fruit tray. The store is very small. However , that is the thing that gives it character? I would agree that the best things should keep their original form. Everything does not need to change.”
“Heinen’s is one of the best local grocery stores you’ll ever find. Lots of locally sourced foods, lots of quality and wholesome ingredients, all at more affordable prices compared to the bigger chain stores. The employees are always friendly and helpful, and my kids enjoy getting a free cookie at the bakery! And the twinsburg Heinen’s is one of my top favorite Heinen’s to visit, because of how nice, cohesive, and organized the store is. May be weird it’s a reason I will never move away, but having a grocery store like Heinen’s close by is for sure a game changer!”
“Has a good selection of European foods. Wide variety of teas, pelmenis, drinks (non alcohol options included), herring, caviars, spreads. Prices are similar to other stores in the neighborhood. Glad to see this place open up to offer customers more options and selections of European foods. Great addition to the neighborhood.”

“Not bad for all things Italian! Tiramisu slice was a little bit frozen but still edible and good. Prices are a little high but that's everywhere else! Plenty of authentic Italian meat selection. Just in town for a visit, but would gladly go back next time when the deli is open. Next time, I'll shop longer for more in depth review and pics!”

“The store is great overall. They have a nice selection of different food and household items.
My only minor complaint is that there are usually not enough registers open during peak times. I adjust the times I shop to avoid a crowd or long lines but around holidays and weekends, this cannot be avoided.
The staff is very nice and helpful.
Update: Found the first rude worker, Rashawna. Barely mumbled good morning to me, dropped my receipt on the ground, was focused on everything but checking me out. It takes years to get a customer and much less to lose them.”

“I like Aldi's, sometimes produce items are out of stock but if you stop back a couple days later it's restocked. But if there is a non-food item you like, buy it when you see it because it probably won't be there when you go back. Go in, grab a box (or bring your recycle bags), fill it up and check out. Simple as that.”

“Got into a culinary rut and decided to try my hand at my favorite cuisine. The only problem was that I needed a bunch of spices that I didn't have. Found Lakshmi Plaza and headed off. I was able to locate everything I needed (and then some!) with no problem. The prices were very reasonable and the products are high quality.The employees are helpful and the store is very well laid out and bright and airy. I had to go back today for a couple of other things and found out that there are fresh samosas on Saturdays! They were excellent. We'll definitely be back!”

One complaint my friend and I both had was the price tags, many things weren't marked as all, and several other tags were misplaced under different items than the tags were priced for. When my friend approached a nearby employee and asked about a price for an item that this particular employee had just gotten done stocking. She just kept saying "it's right there. It's right there" and pointed in the general direction of the iiem he had asked about. This particular item was in the cooler, he finally found the marker... the tag was on the floor inside the cooler half under the rack”
“Shopped at the Produce Place today for some deli products and fruit. My hubby and I are so impressed by the outstanding quality and reasonable prices we paid! The strawberries, smoked turkey, and salami and brown sugar ham were much better quality-wise (just so very fresh and delicious) than Marc's or Aldi's, where we typically shop and the cost was less (there was a deli sale). Also, the staff at the deli and cashier were extremely courteous and helpful and friendly, which was a delight! They also have some amazingbakery products ... Amish products and imported products ...which we will definitely take advantage of next time we visit! So many other neat things we did not expect. Can't wait to visit again!”

“Good variety in breads. However all stores put out previously frozen bread with no warning so it needs refrozen or will mold quickly. Good produce, great cheeses etc love the chicken cranberry salad, convenient deli packages, limited meats. Like the selections in the frozen selections, Like the unusual items that they bring in. “I've been coming to this particular Heinen's for 4 years, been a Heinen's shopper in general for twenty plus years. Today I stopped in for some supplements and something occurred to me - any time I am looking for something throughout the store, the only department where someone asks if I need help, is the wellness department. No other employees even say hello or speak to you, just the wellness department. This is true of every Heinen's I've been to. While I am not complaining, perhaps the rest of the store could learn from this.”
