Thursday Feb 8th, my son and I went to this game stop. The guy wasn't the greatest. Very dry personality. We went back Sat Feb 10th around 3pm. Those guys were awesome! Very friendly and very helpful. If it wasn't for them, I wouldn't have went back to that store.

Bought a warranty on a PS5 they told me they could not warranty it out due to "having bugs" yet I clean the system and had slight dust in the vents but they deemed the dust as signs of "bugs" and denied me my warranty. If you plan on buying a system or anything from anywhere don't buy them from Gamestop. They will deny your warranty for whatever reason they see fit. Very unhelpful and customer service was none existent.

I placed an online order for a ps4 DualShock controller for my boyfriends birthday it said it was in stock but I got a call from the person that was going to be delivering my order saying they didn’t have the color I picked but they had black so I went with it just to be told I would have to reorder. When I called to speak with someone in store to see if they had any other colors no one picks up the phone I called 4 times. If I could give them no stars I would.

Worst Gamestop ever, the manager takes every new product/collectible and puts it on reserve for himself. The associates seem to be in on it as well. Totally unfair to the customers who are referred to the store by the app which says they have available items, but the associates keep them for themselves.

The workers were terrible, I have tried to call them all day but they refuse to answer their phones, when I entered the employees were on their phones and were very rude to their customers, they threw attitude towards me when trying to ask for a game that didn't have in stock (I wasn't aware that it wasn't in stock) over all if I could give a 0 star rating I would

I came in to preorder a video game and apparently gamestop doesnt let your preorder games the day before anymore. Terrible customer service, the employees were rude, unhelpful and they were cursing at another customer while i was in the store. Gamestop isnt what it use to be. I also tried to redeem some points and they’re telling me that my points expires now? I remember years ago your reward points didnt expire at all. Very unsatisfied experience, employees were not friendly at all.
