Customer Service person was extremely disrespectful and rude! On December 21st, 2023 I needed air in my tires that were purchased from this Shaker Hts, Firestone on Lee Road only one person working! The guy working refused me service and stated that all the air pumps were not working! I truly did not believe that and tire service pumps were not working but of course things do happen! I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere!

If you value your life, don’t take your car here. A couple months ago I took my car in because the brakes were really squeaky and it was driving me crazy. They said they didn’t see anything wrong with the brakes and that they were in good condition, and that it would likely just go away with time. I accepted it and moved on.Fast forward to about two months later.. my brakes never stopped squeaking but I tried ignoring it because they said that the brakes were in fine shape so I thought I had nothing to worry about. Well I had noticed that there was now oil leaking from the bottom of my car so it needed to go back in. Since I was already taking it in for the oil leak, I told them about the brakes again. I just wanted them to double check and make sure there wasn’t a simple fix to make the noise go away that I was missing.They call back a couple hours later and tell me I need about $2,000 dollars done of work. Part of this work included brake replacement because suddenly my brakes were in terrible condition (????) This was extremely frustrating to me but I told them to just go ahead and do the work.Two days after I get my car back I’m driving on the highway and come to a stop- my car just completely goes silent. Everything stopped working. I couldn’t move at all, my engine began smoking, and there was now liquid pouring from under me. I was stranded all by myself and ended up needing to get towed to a dealership nearby. After the dealership examined my car they asked me if I recently had work done. Keep in mind, I never even mentioned the work just done prior to them looking at it. I said yes and they promptly told me that there was very clearly a faulty part that had been used on my vehicle which had caused my car to just stop working. I was lucky that I wasn’t in motion when the wiring came undone or else my life could have seriously been in jeopardy. I was absolutely terrified!My husband went up to Firestone today and explained the situation and demanded we be compensated back for their poor service. The man on duty claimed he wasn’t able to assist us and that my husband would need to come back on Monday to speak with someone else. We’ve already called corporate and were told again that we would have to wait to talk to someone else.I am not a person to leave reviews like this. I’ve worked customer service my whole life so I get it completely but, this was downright unacceptable. You don’t get to put my life in danger and then shove me off like that. Needless to say, we will never be returning to a Firestone after this experience and I highly recommend you consider doing the same.Service: Brakes

Completely blew my motor on my 2010 Infiniti. I’ve never had to get any major work done since I got it in 2019 only brakes, rotors etc. fast forward to pass year I needed a water pump according to them, I was charged $1200 immediately after I picked my car up oil was leaking everywhere!! And I mean completely draining I only live 3 mins from them and by the time I got home my entire driveway was filled with oil. So I call them they ask me to bring it back so again I’m without a car for a few days. i take it back now all of a sudden my oil pan was broke. Never had an issue with oil prior to them working on my water pump. Another 475 for the oil pan. Shortly after my entire motor blew never had an engine problem prior to them working on my car! And of course after complaining to corporate I received no feedback, keep in mind there were no warning signs or anything leading up to this and I took very good car of my car

None of the firestone's closer to myself or my job site, were able to help me because they were all booked solid. These guys somehow found the capacity to say "yes" and squeezed me in. I'm not mad at the other Firestone locations, but it wasn't my car, and I would rather drive around on a damaged tire then leave that for a family member to do. So I traded out cars, ended up waiting 3 hours for them to work that car in, again, without an appointment, and they repaired the tire at no charge because, of course, I have insurance. Given that these guys were booked solid, I am very, very happy with them and their efforts on my behalf.

Made an online appointment to have my car looked at it because it suffered water damage and won't start but they denied my appointment because of the check engine light. Out of everything I wrote in detail telling them what was wrong...he denied my service because of the check engine light. PLACES WHERE PEOPLE PICK AND CHOOSE WHAT THEY WANT TO DO WITH YOUR CAR SHOULD NOT BE OPEN. They didn't even offer to do a vehicle inspection. I have 3 vehicles and recently moved to Cleveland and this Firestone is the closet shop to me and I will never go to this place and I will urge any and everyone I talk to that this place is horrible. My neighbor warned me about this location just last week but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I thought they were a good shop because the parking lot has few cars whenever I pass by but now I know it's a lack of proper customer service that keeps them available for the next car.
