Horrible pharmacy staff, woman literally hung up the phone on me and wasn’t really trying to help. The manager is also terrible and wasn’t trying to help either, literally didn’t care about the customer. Said he’ll call me the same day or next, been 2 days already haven’t heard from him. Such a terrible experience please PLEASE make yourself a favor and go to the one on Woodmere, the stuff is so much better and they actually trying their best to help you!!!

I was pleasantly greeted when I entered. I noticed that everyone was greeted as they entered and left the CVS. There were problems redeeming my Extra Bucks, the Associate was very patient and helpful in attending to this matter, and directed me to the number I could call for further assistance.

Can never get any help, I literally just stood there in the deodorant aisle for 10 minutes waiting on someone to open the case, hire some help because this is ridiculous

Barbara from checkout with the bad bob is just so distasteful in customer service. Was on the phone when I walked to the register. Looked at me as if I should go to self checkout but I needed a covid test from behind the counter, since she had to ring me she was just blatantly rude and it’s weird because it was only to me as I seen her provide customer service with a smile to the elderly lady following.

They were an hour behind scheduled vaccine times and when it was finally my turn they could not get my insurance claim to go through even though CVS in network. My insurance said CVS has been having major issues for weeks with multiple different insurance companies.

The rudest pharmacy experience ever. Dave yourself hassle and go to another location. Been here for front end items have had what I needed but only self checkout is available even when employees are there.
