I was reluctant to use their services and I went against my 1st mind. I registered through E-sim and my internet connection will not work outside my Wi-Fi connection. I can’t text android users. I came once and they put in airplane mode, turned off and back on. It did not fix it came back the next day and there was a sign already on the door “will be back in 15 min”. I don’t know when the sign was put on the door but I was waiting for 20 minutes. I had to cancel my appointment because I don’t have a phone to use if I leave. I am here now and he should be able to swap the SIM card instead of a E-sim. We will see. Now I have to pay $11 for a sim.

The ladies who work in this store were so polite! They actually ask you what plan you want unlike boost and metro that stick you on the highest plan without asking. They also let you know your total price and ask if it’s ok first.

I wish I could rate a Zero.I went to the Shaker store this morning because my phone stopped working due to the 4G network going away. The immature and nasty young woman working in the store was so offensive and lacked common sense. She kept insisting that I dial 611 from my phone because there was nothing she could do. As I tried to ask her another question, she told me if I would just be quiet and listen maybe; I would understand what she was trying to say. I told her again the phone would not dial any number. She told me call customer service. I asked her what the number for customer service and she said she did not know, Google it! If you work for a company, you should at the very least know the telephone number. I asked her where another Cricket store was she said Tower City or Mayfield Heights so I left. I Googled and there was another Cricket in Maple Heights and that is where I went. I called the store back to tell her what the customer service number was (considering she works for Cricket) and she told me that she did not have anything to say to me because she was working with another customer. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE! The service I received was no service! If you want good service, go to Maple Heights location in Southgate, check out my rating for that store.

(7/2021) Well, I'm back at Cricket on Chagrin again!?This time I had the great pleasure of meeting Bill and Love (yes, that's really her name)! Bill waited on me this time, and he was quick to help me. Love showed me how to do something on my phone. They were both friendly, courteous, professional and funny. I left feeling good! Thanks Steve for finding these great people. Cricket on Chagrin is the place to go!!!Desiree, The Manager of this store, when I tell you she is the bomb, SHE IS THE BOMB!! She is very knowledgeable, professional, courtesy, and fast! I love going to this store! If you need a phone or accessories, please check her out!!

Called about their Samsung accessories. I got my new phone from the AT&T store who had no A51 cases. Yet Cricket had variety. I will be going back for more accessories from Cricket, they had a nice selection.

I had gotten a new phone last week and did not get a case because I said that I would order something cute online. I ordered on line but it was goin to take up to a month for it to arrive.I didn't want to take the chance of having a oops with my new phone. I got a phone and screen protector for almost $38 !!!!!!. Over priced ,too high.I bought it because I had to have it.Ughhhh!!The guy who works there is cool and knows his stuff
