Zack did an amazing job with getting me set up with a phone I had had a terrible week with looking for a phone an Zack made sure I had got a phone a great service for a wonderful price he even stayed after he was off to make sure I had everything I needed I will make sure I tell all my friends an family about him his boost mobile store is located on Chargrin in Shaker Heights Ohio ..I truly appreciate him ..thanks Zack I love my New IPhone

I upgraded my phone today to 5G and being a boomer, was completely lost as to what I needed to do. Zach spent an hour and a half doing everything that needed to be done to sync all info from the old phone. I forgot my google password but he saved my from having to go home to get it. He was courteous, patient and knew what needed to be done and he did it. Although there is Boost Mobile less than a mile from my house, I went to the Chagrin store because I had worked with Zach four years ago. He is an exemplary employee and working with Neil, they make the Chagrin locationworth going to. Thank you so much Zac for all that you did for me!
