I spent 10!!!!! hours in this place. I needed to change the oil, greased truck a trailer and change one wheel on the trailer. It took them 6!!! hours to do this. I was at TA for the first and last time.

In this economic situation in America, it became clear to see the pitiful essence of big businesses who want to survive at the expense of small businesses, in other words, to rob them by changing the conditions of the work performed. My story is that the seal on the drive axle was leaking, I went to the shop, they took the axle appart and then they said that they couldn’t put the hub back on because their policy was changed 6 yars ago. The reason is simple: replace bearing's race they need to heat the hub. Hub is aluminum, and according to their policy, they are not allowed to heat aluminum hub. I was trying to explain them that there is no need to heat the hub you need. Just use hummer and some metal stick to get it out. The manager said we used to do that before now you need to replace the whole thing hub bearings seal wheel studs wheel nuts is it not robbery? Or you have another option if you do not agree with them you can tow yoir truck out on your experience. Guys, I vent through this robbery and I want to warn you if you'll see axle seal leaking better have your own parts and do not use TA for repair. Because they short on parts you'll waste your time and money there. But stuff is respectful anyway of course they are because they robbing you not helping.
After one month, their repair was done. You can see how professional they are,I will stop by for reimbursement
But the other three axles are in perfect condition done by me.

Came in because I was having air leak from my turbo area and instead of checking my air leak they demanded to do a computer diagnostics and said it was my ecm which only had an inactive code.stay away from this scammers.

Called the shop at 1030am to make sure they could get me in for dot inspection on trailer. Checked in at 1130. She told me it would be a couple hours. I waited 5 to be seen. Trailer failed for a tire. Took another 4 hours to get the tire put on. If you need work go to another shop unless you have an entire shift to lose. Mechanics walk around talking more than they work. Worst TA I have ever been too. If I post my dash cam you will see them smoking more than working!!

This is the worst place to get service at. I called around 11:30am for a quick DOT inspection they took care of me the next day at 4:00pm my truck came out clean on the inspection and than they came to me with a failed paperwork because I didn’t had a reverse light. Wich my truck never had one in almost 5 years I owned I been inspected by DOT officer this year about 2 times already and they never said anything for not having the light they just said if is there it has to be working but if the light is not there I don’t have to worry about it TA just want to steal peoples money. ??????

This place is exceptionally Nice . Showers are "Spacious" and really clean , with water actually coming out very well from shower head . $16 I enjoyed spending. They have various food places to eat from and really do pay attention to customer service. ?. Really Nice employes who don't look as if they just escaped from prison . These folks care and take pride in what they do . Say hi to Ms. Karen , she's a super nice lady . The older gentleman who runs the shower area actually asked me my opinion about my experience there . Good People ?. A+++ . You're a damn fool if you're a Trucker and go anywhere else ... Seriously.

Truck stop is really good, but I need to put one star. Reason is some Amy (she told me that is her name) at front desk for service shop. There was a customer in front of me. I waited her to finish with him. Five minutes, not a problem. Then she asked me am I there for service and I confirmed. She was polite and ask me to wait a little bit (she was on the phone at that moment). I expected her to finish phone call and then to speak with me. But no! After the phone call was finished I was standing in front of her for incredible 25 MINUTES! And then I got angry and ask her for her name and does she see me! Guys I had a feeling that I'm invisible! Shame! At that moment she showed her other face. She tried to argue with me and be louder then I am. i just needed tire replace (I have had my own with me). I didn't have this kind of experience on TA before ever, but this is really stupid, ridiculously and shameful. Anyway down the street I found this shop Bob Sumerel Tire. They are at address: 8692 Lake Rd, Seville, OH 44273. They gave me bay right away, and all together in and out took only half hour. They were little bit expensive ($91. something for tire replace and I keep the tire), but after half hour I was back on the road to make some money. They were exempla how TA service could work only if there workers would start working.

****Attention Tour Guides And Bus Operators!****
DO NOT take your people to this location for a meal. I visited this location yesterday with a bus of 32 basketball players and their coaches! We visited the food court specifically, Popeye's who refuse to give a complimentary meal to the driver because He never had I. D. even though the bus was there, the people were there! The driver, myself was there but refused to give me a free meal because I had no identification to prove that I was the driver of the bus!!

Terrible mechanics looking for other problems that wasn't asked for took 7 hrs to change a tire and fix a oil leak if you tell them what's wrong they try to play it off like it's not the problem would not recommend this shop to any one the desk woman was terrible with sarcasm tried my best not to snap but almost did this repair shop should be shut down and the main building is the only reason this place stays afloat showers good and food good never take your truck to the repair shop they will waste your whole day!!!!!!
