I was hacked and she showed no real concernSaid she canceled my hacked account. But couldn't open me a new account until Monday and it was Wednesday.!!Since when doesn't a mamger open a accountfor a customer that had been with this company for 40 years. Went to Medina open they fixed everything in 20 minutes

Went into the lobby just to cash my checkOnly one teller, I would say working but she was just talking to an older lady. Stood there for about 5 minutes and heard about grand kids, soccer, covid, adoption, birthdays, kids, babies, and so onSo I walked outIt is very apparent that this teller is very arrogant and disrespectful to other customers.She should be fired

Never been to this bank in my life and they closed my account because they mixed me up with someone else. WORST BANK CHAIN IMAGINABLE. They Don't have proper security measures....... and they handle money. A sure fire recipe for failure. Do yourself a favor and avoid Huntington and this branch especially.

I refinanced my auto loan through this branch. Up to the refinance date I had paid towards principal each month, and had significantly decreased my loan amount. When in the process of refinancing, I was told my payment would go down significantly because of my new interest rate, and the banker was very insistent I stop asking questions. The banker got frustrated as I continued asking how much I'd save, dodging the question and getting frustrated that I couldn't understand that I was getting a great deal. As an honors business major I can understand some basic loan payment and interest math, and it wasn't adding up. So sure enough after being persuaded to sign, I went home and saw my new loan show up. What happened was the banker "mistook" my larger than necessary monthly payments as the mandatory payments. He couldn't tell the difference between me paying towards principal and actually paying the monthly payment. My new loan was slightly cheaper given the interest rate lowered, but the new loan fees ended up making the loan about $200 more than before I refinanced. I was ripped off by my own bank I use for checking, savings, and my previous auto loan. I don't know if the banker that assisted ripping me off was unintelligent or unethical, but I'm extremely frustrated with Huntington for this. I do not plan to visit this branch ever again, and I'm not staying with the company much longer as I'm changing all my accounts over this year.

Worst experience ever! Absolutely no help.No letting me explain the situation with my daughters account. Need new employees who care about the customers. Customer was not right in this branch . Wouldn't even try to help.Pulling out our account.

Spoke with huntington customer service over the phone on several occasions concerning a disputed check. They refused to tell me.who endorsed the check in dispute. Or provide a photo copy. Placed on hold for over 50 minutes then was disconnected. Another call was for over an hour I ended after being lied to repeatedly. Spoke with Kryshae and Porcha. Avoid these 2. Very deceitful young females.

I received my debit card in the mail and it would not activate so I went to my local Huntington Bank. It should be noted I was transitioning banks and this was my first experience with Huntington. The clerk informed me that I did not have a a account however I had a debit card with my name on it and I did have a account. I informed her that I would like to make an account and she said she could not help me. At this point in time I decided to do to stay with Chase. Extremely poor customer service.
