“This is one of the best, if not THE best Red Roof room I've stayed in! I've stayed in probably 10 or so this past year.AND it has a drive-through check-in!! I loved that so much. The guy who checked me in was very pleasant and professional even though it was later in the evening. He made an effort to give me a room in a location that worked best for my needs.This Red Roof appears to be family owned and operated, and the room had no funny smells and was cleaner than average. That's what matters the most to me. I'm so tired of the usual musty and smoky smell in other Red Roof Inns and Red Roof Pluses. This one takes the nonsmoking policy seriously. Appliances were newer than average, too. The wall heater/ac is pretty new and has an option to keep the fan running consistently.The parking lot was well-lit, and I felt that my car and its contents were safe.Yes, the deposit is $100, but I believe this helps them keep it safe and clean. They allowed me to do a cash deposit rather than put a card on file. It was an easy process getting my money back upon checkout.I wish every Red Roof were like this. The brand is very inconsistent, unfortunately. Places like this are a breath of fresh air. I wish other owners took pride in their businesses like these owners clearly do.”

“I just want to express my absolute gratitude to Ken for his kindness and hospitality to my son and daughter in law, by allowing them an early check-in after they had a booking snafu through Priceline with another area hotel that would not honour their booking or issue them a refund. The kids were exhausted and sad after a long trip, and Ken really came to the rescue. (they are adults, but they are still my kids, and I live in Hawaii and was at a loss for how to help them )With Ken's help, I was able to book the kids a room, and he extremely kindly allowed them to check in early so they wouldn't have to sleep at the truck stop in the car until check-in time.Mahalo Nui Loa to you for your kindness, Ken! “This hotel was our base for a week long car tour. They could not have been more accommodating. What a great group of people. My understanding is that this hotel, the holiday inn next door and the Galaxy in between are all under the same ownership and all worked together to make our stay memorable. Thanks so much

Nearby activities: The Galaxy restaurant next door consists of a number of restaurants including a sports bar with outdoor seating, a more upscale restaurant and an event center that seats over 500. This was a really pleasant experience”

“Very friendly staff at check in and checkout. Room was great, roomy, clean, nice bed, real clean bathroom. Had wall mounted thermostat and a very quiet heating and cooling unit. Nice size TV for the room size. Great breakfast in the morning with excellent home fries. Will be back ?”

“My fiance and I were on a trip across the country and our vehicle broke down. When we had to stop for a hotel this place was extremely kind to us. The staff is all very helpful and even gave us advice for the rest of the trip when we were ready to go.The rooms were clean and everything was cozy and comfy for our entire stay. Would definitely go back if we cross through there again.Rooms: Clean and well stocked on all the necessary amenities.Nearby activities: Being right off the highway you can get to just about anything you can think of you'd need while there. Tons of food options as well.Safety: Didn't feel unsafe at all. The staff was welcoming and the area was busy but still quiet in our rooms. Very safe and very secure.”

“I stayed last week as I do when I travel to Cleveland Clinic. Jamie and Mark are very helpful, kind, accomodating, and go the extra mile. I really appreciate them. It makes it less stressful. My rooms always been nice and clean.
The only thing that has become a disappointment is the pool being closed, and toilitrie amenties having slacked off. The room price and nvironment are very goid though to feel safe there.
Mark connected me with a nice rec center down the road I can use for pain relief. Jamie also showed she is caring and attentive in her job to myself and others. Appreciate it!
