Wow, you sure shot yourself in the foot partnering up with this group of misfits! This location will do ANYTHING in their power to refuse accepting your package! One day, I was told "sorry, our scanner doesn't work". The NEXT morning, less than 24 hours later, I went back. Scanner works, but she claimed they/FedEx does not accept/ship(unused) car parts (a wrong item return to Rock Auto). I had to argue, stating "this is a FedEx drop off point! If you don't accept it, WHERE AM I SUPPOSED TO TAKE THIS??" She told me "Return it to the store yourself". I said-"2000 miles away??!"."The old lady told me "MOST people buy their car parts LOCALLY". "I don't". I sure wish I COULD buy parts for my 60's GTO's locally! This is a 100% TRUE STORY. I had to argue with them to accept my(approx. 12x12x14, 8 LB box) FedEx package! Don't waste your time going to Dollar General in Seville, Ohio for your FedEx shipping needs.
