Velvet Touch Car Wash is one of the best car washes in the area. The employees are great, polite, friendly, fast paced, professional, and courteous. They listen, treat vehicles with respect, and go above and beyond the normal routine. The service is tremendous, with thorough full body, interior, and exterior washes and vacuuming. The business itself, inside and out, is extremely neat, clean, fresh, and in perfect order. The waiting area is clean with viewing windows that are fun for both kids and adults. The owner is generous and ensures any issue is rectified immediately. It is most strongly recommended.
I purchased the $16 better choice package. The overall was good. The underbody was not clean which the package claimed to have. Also the outside was not very dry. The dryer is not the best…overall 3/5 due to price also

I've used this car twice now, and it's the ONLY one nearby that actually cleans the back of my SUV. As someone already stated, the water pressure is great and helps with removing road grime. My only suggestion is for them to please add 20 more seconds to the drying time.

Very surprised of the water pressure from this new touchless car wash, literally shook my SUV. The washer head also swivel to spray soap and water into all the crevices.
The whole cycle is indeed just about 3 minutes and it does a better job cleaning grimes off my car than other touchless locations I have been to.
