I had two experiences with my cat at Greystone. The first was positive, the second was slightly heart wrenching. My Ginny had surgery here, and the surgery went very well, and was performed skillfully. About a month and a half after this, she injured her foot, jumping off the counter. So naturally, I took her back to the people that took such good care of her. They had to put her under anesthesia and look at her foot. Unfortunately, she had a reaction and died while there the second time. Admittedly, I was angry at first. Even if communication regarding final pick up took longer than I would have liked, staff called me to apologize if they made me upset, and sent me a personalized sympathy card. While I will forever miss my kitty, rest assured that staff does care about your fur baby. Despite my loss, I do recommend them to other pet owners.

My family and I would like to thank the staff for always giving exceptional care especially in the most needed time...yesterday our 14year old Rugby collapsed and was not doing well and we knew it was her time, we called ahead and when I got there they had put us in a very nice relaxing room and made her very comfortable, they offered an imprint of her paw, gave us a card and poem at very little cost, this was a hard time and you made it as stress free as possible, I can't say enough on my how thankful I am for such a great experience in this unexpected time, please continue to put your patients first!

We had our first experience with Greystone veterinary hospital yesterday and have nothing but positive things to say. The entire staff was so kind and patient. Tara went above and beyond to make sure we knew all our options before making a decision on treatment for our dog. We were in a difficult position with how sick our dog was but everyone made it the most comfortable experience it could possibly be for us and our dog. Thank you Greystone staff

Absolutely amazing place. Took care of my Cat Hazy and did serious surgery to fix his issues blockages to urinate. Dr Michelle went above and beyond to insure Hazys recovery.. Prices are caparable but a bit cheaper than most.. Depending on procedures.. I recommend to anyone that loves their pet enough to get best of care ..

My cat of 19 got sick I’m from out of town so it looked like a nice place.I had to put him down .He was so sick and I was just exhausted .When we started the process they blasted high way to HELL the music was so load !It was a night mare! Then the nurses were laughing and complaining about their lunches .The music is hard rock and roll and they did not care that my cat was dying as they played high way to hell !It was horrible and they all should be ashamed but never even cared! If your cat is sick this is not a good place it is Hell on earth !I don’t ever want anyone to have this in their night mares as I will have for the rest of my life.

They kept telling me my dog had liver failure and giving him meds after meds making him sicker. Also I tried explaining that my dog also had a bad reaction to the rabies vaccine but they kept pushing that to the side too. This went on for 7 months, we were bringing my dog in every week trying to just make him better. We did so many tests and the Dr. wanted to do a biopsy. Which I almost went forward with but because he got so sick we brought him in the very last time and we got lucky that this different doctor was on call because it was during a holiday and she suggested we take him to Metropolitan ER. Thank god we got that Dr. that day because we ended up finding out he was never in liver failure, he actually had something that a ultrasound could of picked up. And we did do an ultrasound with Greystone, so where did it go wrong? and the Dr. there at Metropolitan had got him off every single meds that Greystone prescribed and started treating for what he was actually feeling sick over and what do ya know?! My dog has not been sick since and his weight all came back to a healthy level. Thanks but no thanks Greystone.

We had our first visit with Greystone today and they were amazing! The entire staff was welcoming, helpful, and friendly. They were gentle with my fur baby and he didn’t even notice when they gave him his shots! We will definitely be coming back for his next wellness check! (:

The best vet around!! Everything you’d want in a vet: caring, patient, competent and always do their best to get appointments in ASAP! Not to mention their aesthetic and playlist are more like a hair salon than a vet.

The vets and staff at Greystone have been wonderful with our cats. Even if I'm just stopping in to pick up a prescription, the staff is always welcoming and friendly.
Additionally, it's worth noting that one of the owners is actively working to make her business and the entire property (which she recently took ownership of) more accessible for anyone with a disability. This is a breath of fresh air in a world where ADA often gets ignored. Thank you!

I can’t say enough good things about Dr.K and her staff. The way they go above and beyond for their patients should be the standard of all veterinary clinics. Their pricing is fair and they offer a variety of payment options (scratch pay, care credit) and the clinic is beautiful, calming, and clean. Dr. K and a vet tech even came in on their day off to try to save my 2 year old dog’s life during an emergency situation. When we lost him, not at their fault, they sent cards (hand signed) and flowers to our home. When I was incredibly anxious to have our dog spayed a few months after we traumatically lost our 2 year old dog, Dr.K and her staff were so wonderful with giving me updates and calming my nerves. There is no other vet I would trust with my animals, I drive 40 minutes to see them because it’s worth it. Thank you to Dr.K and the entire staff for always being so warm, welcoming, and passionate about our pets ??

Wow! What a great place. Just had my first visit with Dr. Michelle who was wonderful. Great staff too. Thank you Stephanie for making us feel comfortable leaving our little Dougy there to have some testing/exams done.
