My 2020 Infinity went in for a interior / exterior detail. Interior was overly dressed and greasy. Found missed crumbs and dirt under the seats. Exterior buff looked hazy and was unable to work out light swirls. Price and pick up times changed 3 times per his convenience

I agree with Ken. This guy needs to retire. I also googled his name and found more sketchy stuff. I know his location is good, but there are better detail shops out there.

This guy is the worst. Antiquated equipment, quotes low, tells you your car is in terrible condition, jacks up the price and returns a swirled out mess.
