Amanda Muckenstrum, a private banker employee at this branch is OUTSTANDING and deserves a raise! I am an auto loan customer at Chase and have been having a very poor experience with Chase bank (not this specific branch) as I purchased a vehicle 5 months ago and chase bank still doesnt have my title. This has been a very difficult, upsetting, and frustrating situation for me, especially since i have been speaking over the phone with chase customer service representatives who are less than competent and clearly clueless. Today I walked into this branch and spoke to Amanda. She understood my frustration and went above and beyond my expectations to help me. She is extremely intelligent and professional and overall just a major breath of fresh air throughout this extremely poor experience i have been going through. She restored some of my faith today! AMAZING PERSON!!! Give her a raise!!

I came in to add a signer to my account. No one available to meet with us. You have to make an appointment. They don't have enough bankers. Dumb. I chose Chase because they were big. Guess that doesn't matter anymore.

I recently opened a new College Checking bank account for my daughter. We received excellent customer service from Declan A. at the Seven Hills branch. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and did a great job!

I had multiple accounts here with zero issues.Out the blue , I get a letter stating that my accounts will be closed, withNo actual reason given.I went up to the brand to close my accounts.The bank worker seemed surprised and inquired as to why I’m closing my accounts. I tell them it’s do to the letter I received.They stated they will find out why I received this letter and get back to me.I never heard from them again.Seems like a pretty reliable bank.

Walked in to open a business account. Waited for a while and finally was told, "this needs to be done with a banker, she's going to lunch soon, you'll have to come back". There are plenty of banks who would appreciate me opening up my business account, so thanks for nothing except wasting my time Chase!

I've been a Chase bank customer for many years and have always loved the service that I have received from all of them. I have a "wonderful" habit of "misplacing" my debit card and every time I've had to order a new one, they've been super helpful - they even gave me an ATM card while I waited for my new card to come in so I could access my funds on my trip. If you're looking for good service, look no further!

I was a first time home buyer and had no idea where to start. With the guidance of the manager, Mr. Saleh and team, they were able to help me close in on my dream house and provided so many benefits that I qualified for along the way!!! Since then I've had three family members take advantage of the great assistance from this chain and we are all so extremely grateful for Mr. Saleh and team's excellent customer service!!!

I always liked this bank and gave it good reviews. That changed today. On 3/22/2019, I visited this bank to make a deposit at the drive thru window. I noticed that something from the roof above the drive thru, was dripping on my just cleaned truck. Thinking it was just water I drove home and parked my truck in the garage. The next day, I tried to remove the spots left on my truck. I eventually removed the spots, but I had to use rubbing compound. On 3/26/2019 I returned to the bank to make another deposit. I decided to go into the bank instead of taking a chance at the drive thru. After making the deposit, I decided to talk to the Manager, Mr. Hasan W. Saleh. I told Mr. Saleh what had happened during my visit on 3/22/2019. I was shocked at what happened next. In the beginning of my conversation with him, he suddenly stood up and walked away from me to instruct someone about placement of a delivery. When he returned, he was arrogant and doubtful of my word. I repeatedly told him that there was no damage to my truck and that perhaps someone from Chase maintenance could look at the leak . He told me that he knew about the leak and that he would follow up with a maintenance report.
