“I'm not sure why so many gouls come out with 1 star reviews. I've never had any major issues with customer service or anything like that. The only reason I give 4/5 stars is that there's some pretty strict limits around withdrawing cash, you can only pull out so much per day. The bank also seems pretty old school and could benefit from a better online/mobile experience.”

“My parents have used this bank since the 1980s. Every time I have visited, they have had the nicest employees I have encountered at a bank. A few are still working there these days. They have called if there were ever a strange transaction come by and we never had a problem with anything. The downsides to this bank is that there is only one location, it is savings account only, there is no debit card, you still use a bank book, and the hours of operation are even less than other banks. While they have the best people working there (reason they get 4 stars), the bank itself is inconvenient for most people. It is great for older persons that bank like the old days, but the younger generations are probably confused.”
“My husband and I have been extremely pleased, and grateful, for the time, dedication and commitment Andrea Krol has given us, since becoming our Trust Officer. Our initial trust officer at TPC , assigned to us in 2020, could not be bothered with explaining the process, nor explaining the inner workings of our particular trust to us. We were very unhappy and frustrated with, not only that particular trust officer; but TPC as well. We were in the process of looking to move our funds to another company when Andrea Krol became our new Trust Officer. Once Andrea Krol came on board and started working with us, we have been nothing but pleased. Her patience, her timely responses to our inquiries, and her overall willingness to hear our needs has been outstanding. She has made, what initially felt like an overwhelming and frustrating circumstance into something that provides comfort and security to our family. “I LOVE Third Federal. They are a 'local' bank and, in my experience, they have treated their customers with fairness and dignity. When I bought my house over 30 years ago I got my mortgage with them. Over time, they have never sprung any surprise fees on us. Their online banking is, at least for me, easy to use.”

After visiting two branches and speaking with customer service from the 1800 number, I needed to close my existing account and open a new one, but couldn't get a same-day appointment at either location. When I spoke to Deonte, he was very informative and gave me the best solution over the phone. He informed me that I could use the app to open a new account and transfer funds from my existing account, which went smoothly. “This is Not my home branch that I usually use. I stopped here one day to make a withdrawal. I mentioned to the teller that My account received some fees that I did not understand. They immediately Refunded the fees, gave me an explanation of why I received them, and then change my accounts around so they were better suited towards my needs, and that I didn’t get hit with the fees any longer. “Amanda Muckenstrum, a private banker employee at this branch is OUTSTANDING and deserves a raise! I am an auto loan customer at Chase and have been having a very poor experience with Chase bank (not this specific branch) as I purchased a vehicle 5 months ago and chase bank still doesnt have my title. This has been a very difficult, upsetting, and frustrating situation for me, especially since i have been speaking over the phone with chase customer service representatives who are less than competent and clearly clueless. Today I walked into this branch and spoke to Amanda. She understood my frustration and went above and beyond my expectations to help me. She is extremely intelligent and professional and overall just a major breath of fresh air throughout this extremely poor experience i have been going through. She restored some of my faith today! AMAZING PERSON!!! Give her a raise!!”
