Abe was AMAZING he is the reason I came in store. everyone in the neighborhood has spoken highly about him! Very professional, patient and friendly. AT&T is very lucky to have him he’s a star in the company, he’s definitely better then anyone I’ve worked with in sales or AT&T, he helped my family and much of our friends switch Over for phones and home service. It gets better he’s very handsome! if anyone wants/Needs new Phones, Tv or WiFi ABE is the only person I recommend. Thank you again!!! #GiveHimARaise

I returned my cellphones to this store back on July 21, 2022. Att gave me the credits for the devises and sent emails saying they were received and now December 01, 2022 their saying the devises weren't received and there's no way to track them through UPS after 60 day's. I have all my receipts and emails and they still want to charge 1200.00 + dollars for phones in which were returned and verified. I don't understand how these companies can be so wicked, robbing their customers. After I pay my phones off I'll never use ATT Wireless again.

After 3 hours of failure attempt on the phone,Anthony at the 7hills store addressed all issues under 1 hour. 4 new phones all good to go—thank you Anthony!

Anthony was super helpful and went out of his way to make sure that I was taken care of while transferring my phone plan to AT&T after my phone was stolen which was a big hassle from the other company.

If I could give this store 0stars I would. The managers and whole crew are so rude. If they are not making money off of you they won't treat you like a customer. Manager Milani is one of the rudest people I've ever talked to! Horrible customer service! Don't understand how she is a manger with phone adequate like that. Horrible

My phone broke. I went to the ATT store to replace it. It took the guy half an hour to deal with the first customer. Then there was another customer in front of me. It began to sound like this would take another half hour, so I left. I went back the next day, browsed the phones displayed for sale, gave the clerk my account information, and told her which model I wanted to purchase. She informed they do not sell phones for purchase, they only finance them for purchase. In the past I would simply buy the phone at the ATT store when the previous one broke. I tried to wrap my head around this new concept. The ATT Store is a store…that sells phones….only they do not sell phones…but they display the phone models for sale….which they no longer sell….they Finance. The clerk sounded kind of ditzy so it felt like a good idea to leave as soon as possible. I am not sure how ATT Stores came up with this new business strategy. Somebody deserves the opposite of a medal.

Getting a new phone is always a painful, time consuming process. I took a chance, based on good reviews, and went to the Seven Hills AT&T store near me. Joe was extremely helpful in helping me select a phone, researched what would be the best deal for me as an existing customer, transferred all my data to the new phone, and I was out of there in about an hour. Not the usual painful process! Highly recommend this store!

The manager was very helpful. He reviewed my family’s plan and saves me $40 a month. He was very friendly and extremely accommodating to myself and my son.
