“They have always taken good care of me here. I would say I don't like how they got rid of staff during covid some of the people they fired helped me look for a car when I needed one and Rachel even helped me look for a job. But as far as banking goes I like banking here.”
“I moved my checking and savings accounts to the Alliance branch of CNB more than a year ago. I thoroughly appreciate and enjoy the personal touch that comes from working with a smaller Bank. Some people may prefer anonymity but when it comes to my funds, I would rather have bank personnel who know me, know my banking patterns, and are more likely to determine if something was amiss in terms of activities with my accounts. The large banks may offer some additional services but all I need is easy access to my accounts through a smartphone app, electronic deposit for checks and electronic bill pay.”
