Stopped to order a Grear Garlic the girl puts chipotle Oni it doesn't even know what sauce it's A GARLIC sub! It's gets GARLIC . My goodness then I get home and my footlong and incorrect made garlic sub are Cold ❄️. I called and the little girl said you sorry. I paid 20 bucks for some SORRY subs? Dont waste your money here's. Then she made excuses about her horrible customer service that she struggles with. I've NEVER ever came home with cold subs. She even complained that the cop was using her restroom ? she just cleaned. I told her I'm not arguing with you99 percent will ask if you want it toasted NO you didn't ask because that would be to hard of a job skill for YOU? I advise you get some training and listening skills. When you t wrong replace the meal or learn your job and do it right the first time. Never again....who owns this place,? I read a review that appeared to be someone they know who writes the plave was inviting...lol .the drive thru is closed you have 2 eRm bodies and chairs are up... Real inviting ?

The kids running it in the evening seem to close up when they see fit. Not because there is a lack of employees. You don't close early bc you've been short staffed. They just want to leave early, it seems. I cannot be the only one saying this? I've been to subway, the past two months for meetings and was approached this last time. "We are closing early." Basically get finished and get out. I had planned on purchasing dinner to take home but I was rushed out. This was before 8. Several trucks pulled in and they turned half of them away. They all seemed to be part of the same construction group. The majority of the time when we come over they are closed. Or try to give the illusion they are by putting up chairs at 6. Do you not have cameras? We'd be in much more if anything was consistent. The food is never bad. I'd love to be contacted about this because it's happened so very, many times.

Ordered online for pickup. Instead of 20 mins. It was 40 mins. Ordered double meat and cheese on all sandwiches and there was very little on all sandwiches. Tried calling and no one answers. Make sure you go in to get what you want!

I pulled into the parking lot and debated, remembering my last visit there, I got rotten tomatoes and the service was very less than friendly! The atmosphere was empty and uninviting! So I left and went to Kroger!

Understaffed, no drive thru open, always out of something. Going downhill fast!
