A beautiful camping/fishing destination this place is! It even has a restaurant and gift shop which opened only two years ago. It even has an elevator, too!

Stopped after golf at Wilkshire,Bolivar,Oh,ordered fish&chips,fresh cut fries,both were excelent,we will be back!

Staff was awesome. Outdoor seating over looking the lake and sunset was beautiful. Meals were mediocre.

My Wife and I stopped there yesterday and I was blown away at how Beautiful this place is. We had our two Grandaughters with us, it took over an hour to get our food once our order was placed. I did notice people that were getting off the boats and seated after us were getting their meals quickly. We won't be back, that large party that was seated on the deck about 15 minutes after my arrival and quickly received their food was shameful!!!!!! I should of walked out then.

If you are going to the restaurant to have a few drinks and look at the nice scenery it's good but if you are going in the restaurant hungry you will be disappointed as portion sizes are for kids,I had the baked cod and the piece of fish they served was maybe 4 ounces for 17 dollars it's a big rip,I didn't order a steak but a table by me did and the steaks were also tiny for the cost.

Food hasn't disappointed me(3x).I needed a copy of my current kayak registration due to losing it amongst boxes.The employees said I'd have to purchase a whole new registration.I brought my identification# to Leesville Marina & with no charge she printed my kayak registration✌️

The details on the website for Tappan Lake state there are kayaks available at the marina and at the park. We arrived at the marina first only to be told they actually do not have kayaks, and kayaks can only be rented at Tappan Park (near the campground, on the OPPOSITE side of the lake - a TWENTY minute drive). We asked the lady where to find the kayak rental at Tappan Park and she was like “I don’t know exactly where it is. Just go out and turn right and it’s a couple minutes down the road somewhere.” These “directions” were not correct, and decent customer service would have looked like providing us with an address or coordinates, considering cell signal in the area is sketchy at best.Please update the website and the customer service.

I was very impressed with the new look . Food was very good & so was the friendly welcome. I grew up & worked at the marina in the early 70s and made a lot of friends threw the years. Once more we'll be back.
