Very messy store. Overcrowded with merchandise. Barely get a cart around without shifting and bumping into things. Though staff are decent people the store could be better cleaned.

This was a really nice Dollar General. Staff was friendly. As we were walking to the front of the store to get a buggy (We ended up buying much more than we intended), she pulled one out of the carts and steered it to us, sensing we needed one. At checkout, she was pleasant, fast and efficient. Nice market/ deli area that has fresh fruits, salad ingredients and fresh veggies. Impressive and, overall, well done!

The manager at this store was absolutely rude you would think a manager would be more polite they had a sign hanging up that said shoes half off except for flip flops / purple square well the shoes that we bought had a red square on them told her this she rolled her eyes mumbled something and walked off maybe they need a new manager will not have to worry about me going back in that store lost a few customers today

Pretty good little Dollar General store. They have a decent selection, and it's actually a variety of different products that you don't see over and over again at its sister stores. Definitely have to give a shout out to the staff, they are courteous, polite, helpful, and dare I say, even cheerful during these depressing times. Also have to throw in there, their store actually seems clean, unlike some other stores that may have the same type of item. 4 stars for Scio, Ohio, Dollar General!!
