Sent my truck in for repairs and charged me an arm and a leg and they didn't fix exactly what needed to be fixed and they said they fixed my truck which obviously they didn't do a very good job and they said it was working after they fixed it and I had to let it sit there for two weeks cause I was not able to go get it and now they are saying that the issues I'm still having were fixed but again it doesn't truly matter how long my vehicle was there....it shouldn't be broke down on me already and it hasnt even been in my possession for a week yet and its broken down ....do not recommend taking your vehicle to them

We've had our vehicles repaired at Malotts several times and they have proven to be honest , get the repairs finished in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost ! We are very satisfied customers .

Brought my be in for work they did it then owner Todd malott called said needed few more things fixed he could see it leave my car there for 3 days this rude lady on phone named Susie his wife says he never even looked at car I guess was trying to scam to get more money please take car to real professional chuck waits is little more but trust me we’ll work the money would recommend taking vechile elsewhere

Had a vehicle serviced here, also went back and had brake pads, calipers, rotors and brake lines replaced on said vehicle. And they had it done in 3 business days!! Very professional and great folks to do business with. Very satisfied. Will be going back again. ?
